Finally came around to see The Green Knight (2021).
...oh my god...
....WHAT A MOVIE!!!!!
#I know the story happens around Christmas...#... but it fit so well for Lent?#seriously- if you change Christmas morning into Easter morning its perfect#not that the movie isn't perfect#its insane how brilliant it is!#I´m speechless#the whole framework of Gawayn “not ready” to become a knight#the quest that he has to go on#all the encounters he has along the way#the vision he has & his final decision#omg#what a movie#things i like#movies#the green knight
