i think possibly one of the biggest things steven moffat has done while writing for doctor who was introduce the phrase "wibbly wobbly timey wimey" to human society

#i love it. it's sooo convenient & versatile & cool & wibbly & wobbly #like i guess you could “explain” time shenanigans by saying “quantum blablabla”..
