my villain origin story: health professionals reacting to me losing weight, struggling to eat, or my voiced concerns about lowered appetite with any variation of ‘congratulations, i wish i had that problem’.

#most recently it was my psychiatrist #who i thankfully will not be working with anymore because i was FINALLY able to switch to a provider that treats ADHD in adults #but still it was a neat parting gift reminding me of the many other reasons i already didn't like working with her lol #when my breathing problems through the year led to me losing 20+ lbs in sudden succession #the comments from nurses about how good i looked ( malnourished and sickly ) had me feeling a Sort Of Way™#can't imagine how fucking infuriating it must be to have any sort of struggle related with eating and not be thin like i am #annoying high pitch ringing in your ears
