More HOTD Reptiles AU yay! I was torn between a pool day and a beach day for my next drawing, but after reading @avonneslovelies wonderful and super funny drabble ( Through the Kaleidoscope, part 6) where Lucemond are at the beach I got in the mood for beach shenanigans uwu.  -Luke wants to make a video in the beach with Arrax, so Aemond makes sure he doesn’t lose the opportunitty to tag along, and also have a beach date mind you. -There’s a pet friendly beach near their neigboorhood, so they decide to go there and terrorize the whole beach so they would leave them alone in a 30 m radius (like 20 foot I think?). -Of course Aemond its a responsable owner and would never let Vhagar of leash (the seabirds wont survive if he does, even the poor crabs), but when you and your dog see a Vhagar you pack your things and run, the ones brave enough to try and take pictures get the Aemond stare of death TM  and back off before they can even ask.    -Vhagar its having the time of her life, she really likes the beach, she digs around, trying to dig eat the crabs, sunbathes and even gets to swim with her Aemond, Luke and Arrax. She also gets to give mean looks to the dogs that are too curious for their own good, she might have wanted to eat the tiny dragon before, but nothing would happen to him now if she has a say in the matter ok? -Luke may be a little bit more in secret love with Aemond and his damn lucious perfect pantene commercial hair, his not so subtle heart sunglasses are definitely perfect for the occasion.  I also had the pool idea in mind, one of my bffs lives in this hoa type of neighborhood and they have a public pool area that you can reserve for birthdays and stuff, so meh, let's throw some of that here. -I’ve seen that even if you ask for the place for a private matter there’s people that still decide to also use the pool, but when everyone hears that the weird goth dude and his fricking dinosaur are going to the pool they know it may as well be closed (Aemond and Luke have the Targaryen power and money, but prefer their privacy, so nobody knows their last names, the Targs make sure everyone respects that). -The pool rules say no pets allowed, but Aemond IDGAF Targaryen doesn’t care, the HOA will have to go through him before they ruin Luke’s day and his date. -Aemond going into his karen mode and making the HOA remember how much he pays and what terrible things might or might not happen if they decide to interfere with his use of the facilities lives rent free in my head. -Luke its very kind and a very nice kid, but you would not convince me he doesn’t take advantage of his rich kid privilege and his terrifying uncle almost boyfriend from time to time, he makes sure the pool its nice and tidy before they go back home, so meh, he’s still a very responsable member of the community.

In 2007 - When I completed my MS General Surgery, I was not in a mood to settle when around 50% of my colleagues settled in Private Medical Colleges, Corporate Hospitals, Government Hospitals. Government Hospitals had the lowest pay at that time- Just Rs.17200/ month for a Post graduate Degree holder. I decided to Join only for one Reason - to get through the TOUGHEST ENTRANCE - MCh Sge which had service quota.. Yes.. I got it.. Completed it and when i was back in 2015 with an MCH Degree...

The salary Packages: in 2015 August:

Private Medical College- Rs. 1.75 to 2.5 Lakhs/

Corporate Hospitals- Rs. 2.5 to 3.5 Lakhs/

Government sector- Rs. 65000-75000/

Some of my friends joined in Corporate, Private medical colleges.. But I decided to go with Government Sector and joined back in medical college in my native..

Now it's 2020:

Pros and Cons of Corporate and Government Job I have sketched out in past 5 years comparing myself with my friends and colleagues.. This write up is made, which may help people planning to settle.

Let me start with positive thing:

:1. Yes, You are the king here, Whatever surgery you want to do you are allowed. Hands on Training is enormous, and if there is someone who could teach you well as as senior- You are Settled.

2. SALARY will be credited on 31st of every month.. Whether Corona or Tsunami happens.. 200% Guarantee is there on your Salary

3. Unless you want to move out of the JOB- No one will push you out, unless you get promotion and move to some other place.

4. If you are a kind of a person speaking all times about ETHICS, HUMANITY, PATIENT CARE- undoubtedly, here is the place.. Your morality will never change unless you become crooked minded to shift the patients out to your private hospital.At the same time- IF YOU WANT TO SEE HELL IN LIVE- YOU WILL SEE ONCE YOU JOIN A DISTRICT OR TALUK HEAD QUARTERS GH- Every day you will curse yourself - you can't do the Job related to your qualification. For example if you are MS surgeon- You will do more Postmortems than Surgeries, See more Myalgia OP more than Hernia OP, and you will end up doing Episiotomy sutures rather than laparotomy sutures.." Right from my college days, I always had difficulties to work under someone, whenever I had to work under someone, I will build my own organisation.. My character has never suited me to Bend and that is one reason for me to Stand where I am and I am Happy to be a Banyan Tree and die than to Bend like a Bamboo tree and Survive.."If you are such a person- You can stop reading further and go start your OWN JOB...

1. Productivity- If they pay you 3 lakhs, they expect you to give an income in ways of investigations, Procedures etc atleast 15 lakhs.. If not the AUDIT team will start scratch, Rub, Lacerate you daily.. The moment you see a patient, the diagnosis, prognosis everything

will be known to you- but you try to full fill the BUDGET Fixed on you.. WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE

2. Replacement- You will be a Top Class Laparoscopic surgeon. Your Pay may be Rs. 3 Lakhs... but there will be one man always there to replace you- by Less payment, or Because he is a Robotic Surgeon etc.. Your Life shatters the moment you are being replaced by a JUNIOR to you, and you be willing to continue at a lesser pay in same Corporate ( as the vacancy in corporate is falling down)- APART WHEN YOU GO AND APPROACH FOR A JOB TO A CORPORATE THEY TREAT YOU LIKE A PIG..

3. Most Corporates will be ensuring- YOUR NAME NEVER BUILDS UP and only the hospital name and Company builds up. You are not allowed to practice outside.So your name fades gradually, and one day the same corporate who begged you to join their hospital/ organisation for the BRAND you had will brand you as non productive and will fire you.

4. SIGNING any agreement to join Corporate is the worst TRAP- Some corporated gets a bond that you wont practice in that city forever even if you quit the JOB... 

BEWARE THIS IS THE BIGGEST TRAP TO KILL YOUR PROFESSION AND PEACE..

would you like to get married: honestly. marriage as an institution? angers me. i dont like a lot of things about it. BUT. part of the reason i hate it is honestly if ur in a long long term relationship with someone ur better off married than not in terms of the benefits so. id happily get married if the other person wanted and/or we felt like it was the right thing to do, i just dont really care about being married or having a wedding tbh.

how many countries have you visited: shit dude actually ive only visited like... uh... 4??? a lot of my holidays tend to be to the same countries (portugal/america) so i dont have that much experience like i feel like i do.

what was your scariest dream: hmmmm. when i was a kid i had these recurring dreams where i worked at this like. “zoo” where these MASSIVE, i mean ABSOLUTELY MASSIVE string rays that were also pancakes were like. hooked up to make electricity? anyway i hated the job because we all abused the rays super bad to make them generate the power and it sucked and it was all dystopian. there was stuff where like we had to kill the baby rays and stuff. anyway one day it went all planet of the apes and they broke out somehow and could fly and they killed loads of people and i had to go into hiding because they were super clever and could id who had worked at the zoo plant and wanted revenge. its super weird ik but this is pretty tame for my dreams they go HARD and BIZARRE and this one always made me wake up feeling super sick and scared idk. ur welcome.
