Spice up your core routine. 🌶️ All you need is a foam roller. Perfect to help with inversions. 😁 Keep shoulders strong and pushing the floor away activating your serratus. 😎 ✅ Table top pull ins: foam roller high on shins starting in a table top position pulling knees to the chest. 🌶️ Spice it up: lift one leg up, extend it fully activating your hamstring and glutes. ✅ Pikes up: place the roller lower on the ankles (you're getting a good massage as well 😉). Spicy twists. Advanced abdominal work. Super helpful when you want to keep conditioning your aerial strength Learn to control from your obliques and TVA with these twists to straddle sit-ups. I've filmed 2 levels. Bent knees and straight legs if you are flexible. Those are not made to be performed at high speed although you can go a little faster if you need as long as you keep control in your pelvic floor.
