Easter egg still frames spotted in Dirty Pair: Project Eden
There’s a scene in Project Eden which Mughi is watching a video screen in which several Easter egg still frames were inserted. Here they are, not necessarily in order.

The original version of the Dirty Pair from the SF novels written by Haruka Takachiho. These original character designs are by Yasuhiko Yoshikazu (Gundam, Crusher Joe, Venus Wars, Reideen, and many more anime).

Want ads from what may be from Starlog Magazine. You see the ad with the Enterprise? That’s Space Station Studios from Massachusetts. I learned about them from ads in old Starblazers and Robotech comic books. I sent away for a catalog, and half a year later they finally sent it to me. I ended up writing a check for about $50 worth of stuff, which they cashed and never mailed me the merchandise I ordered. This was in the early ‘90s, and I’d never spent that much money before and was pissed. Fortunately I was a member of the Robotech Echo at the time via the local Anime Archive BBS in Phoenix, Arizona. I was able to bring about the wrath of Harmony Gold upon those buttpuppets and it turns out they were selling bootleg Macross/Robotech merchandise which landed them in a heap of trouble with HG’s lawyers, who don’t mess around. I very promptly got a refund. I’m glad that HG has finally worked out a deal with Bigwest to bring Macross officially to viewers internationally. They’ve been villains since the ‘90s for preventing Macross to be officially released globally and expecting everyone to only care about Robotech. Still, I’ll always be grateful with how they stuck up for a teenager who got rooked out of his money by a retailer that was either crooks or extremely half-assed and incompetent at the very least.

More want-ads. This one is for conventions.

She looks familiar, but I dunno who this is. Is she from Gundam?
There are some other freeze frames, but I couldn’t make any sense from them.

What about 5 and 10 Amanda from Gone From There Now
5. What will things be like for the characters 10 years after the main events.
Oh boy oh boy Amanda will be a 15 year old smart ass genius who has perfected the use of logical arguments for staying out past curfew and having friends over on school nights.  I would think they still live in SF, but that Spock and Nyota have both shipped out on missions now and again, maybe not 5 years long, but long enough that the other has been home with Amanda just the two of them for a while at a time.  They never had another kid, but they did get that dog, who is just starting to go gray around the muzzle.  Visits to New Vulcan happen over holidays and school breaks, and very recently Sarek offered that Amanda should come spend the summer.  Actually stay for a few months, on her own without her parents.  She’s thinking about it.  Spock is fine with the idea.  Logical.  It’s completely and utterly logical, that she might go and not be at home with them.  Totally, absolutely, fine, he’s fine.
Amanda’s in the odd position of learning about Nero etc in history class in school, and there’s pictures of ‘Captain Kirk’ which is weird, just so, so weird, cause that’s just Uncle Jim.  She’s beginning to be at an age where everything that happened is a bit more real and comprehensible and it’s just… a lot to think about, sometimes.
10. What part of the main story will a certain character remember most in the future.
As much as Amanda wanted to cling to her life on the ship, so much of it fades, and Nyota and Spock end up telling her stories when she’s a teenager of moments she remembered during the story, like that time she bugged Carol for days about the Odyssey, and how she and Chekov would tear around the ship.  But she remembers that final scene with Spock, one of those small tidbits of life that lodges in her mind and it’s maybe at 15, maybe even later, that she begins to really be able to make sense of what was going on just then. And I think she remembers what it was like to be so new and different on Earth, cause that never really faded, that feeling of being stared at when she skinned her knee.  She adjusted to it, and figured out how to navigate it - probably a lot like Spock did, by being smarter and better than anyone who might have a problem with her - but it never really disappeared from her life, just managed to be mitigated by staying in a diverse city like San Francisco and keeping a carefully curated group of trusted buddies.
Nyota will always remember that moment when Amanda doesn’t want to go outside and Spock ends up helping her with her jacket.  Both the slight terror of ‘dear god have we ruined our child by raising her in an environmentally controlled ship’ as well as watching this guy she once had a crush on help their daughter with her zipper and getting that full-to-bursting feeling of love that actually kind of hurts a bit.
After Amanda’s tucked into bed and sleeping, Nyota tells Spock about picking her up from school that day and the whole thing about how Vulcans shouldn’t hug and play, and Spock never forgets that, sitting in their bedroom as Nyota tells him what happened.  And he just wants to reach back into time and prevent anyone, any single person, from telling his daughter who she should be.  He’s mad for days.  Whatever- logically consternated.  But fuming, really, at those kids and their parents and the school and the universe, and he goes and sits on the edge of Amanda’s bed and thinks about how tiny she looks there, and what a huge world it is that she goes out into each day.  And of course, unbeknownst to him, Amanda - his Amanda, his mom - once did that same thing, watched him sleep when he was curled up in his blankets, such a small little boy, but he has no way of knowing that ever happened, let alone that he’s repeating that moment now.
