Just wondering, anyone get any twitches when stressed? Like I'll get stressed and then I'll like stomp or twist my head real quick or wink or nod or start clapping. Or its like quick noises. "Teeck! BahA! Meew! RAH!" Like just that. I looked it up and it's called anxiety twitches I think? My dad gets them too but not as much. His are just like rare but mine happen so much and idk why.
