announcing the Steven Universe new year event! Taking place from Thursday, December 28 to Wednesday, January 3, this event is a week of themed prompts centered around SU! Please tag posts with #SUnewyear and they will be reblogged to this blog during the event!

Steven's corruption and corruption in general in Steven Universe honestly reminds me of how magical girls turn into witches in Puella Magi Madoka Magica. Starting from their gems!
And poor Steven and Sayaka do so much good by fighting for the sake of others and yet they just suffer emotional turmoil in return. So here is Steven's corruption going just like Sayaka's infamous transformation.
