Sheās literally my favorite Rescue Bot Recruit to draw and I have no idea whyššš
Also an extra headcannon that Juniorās been a ventriloquist since the beginning:
Fun fact: at first I was going to have her draw faces on the broken clocks, but then I was like nyehhā
Why would they need a face to be understood? Whirl Jr understands her mentor just fine, and he doesnāt have a face.
I started sobbing as went down the headcannoned rabbit holeā¦

Hey, do you know what the trope is when men, specifically in the cartoon medium, wear a red Hawaiian shirt with white flowers on it?
The only men that come to mind are Denny from Robots In Disguise 2015, Rango from Rango, and Master Fu from Miraculous.
I know for a fact that there are more but I just canāt remember any at the moment.
Is it, like, a reference to a really old trope in Hollywood?
Is it secretly symbolic in western animation, specifically geared towards the male demographic?
Do artists just like to draw it because menās fashion is simply boring and they steal that one character design aspect from previous characters that they drew inspo from in the first place?
Am I reading too much into this?
I. Need. ANSWERS. PLEEEEEASE!
Tagging yāall in case you know something I donāt:

Hey, what if Whirl Jr.ās full-actual name was literally Whirlybird?
Okay, gonna share an itty bitty insight to draft I had a while agoā
When Whirl and Whirlybird met each other, what was happening is that other bots Whirlybird knew gave her the nickname Whirl, just because.
Whirl, himself, found out second-hand and was like āThere can only be room for one Whirl on this planet!ā And so he wanted to challenge this so-called ānew Whirlā for the title of Whirl.
Andāno. He did not hesitate to fight a child.
As it turns out, Whirlybird was actually kind of excited about it. Which surprised no one that knew her when she was forged.
Of course Whirlās friends said āNo! We know youāre crazy, but please do not fight a child!ā But he did it anyway.
The time came for them to fight for the title of āWhirlā. Whirlybird didnāt even care if she got to keep the name because she thought it would be fun to wrestle. Even though she didnāt have that much fighting experience.
Whirlāby accidentāstarted giving her pointers while they were gearing up to dish it out.
Then those pointers starting turning into joor long sessions.
Those sessions became weekly, then daily. And after each lesson they starting hanging out, talking about how their days went, what adventures Whirl went on with his friends, what Whirlybird did in her free time, etcetera.
Next thing they know, Whirl started calling Whirlybird Whirl, saying that āIts a cool name, so only cool people get to use it. Got it?ā
That made Whirlybird giggle āOkay. But wonāt people get confused when we both start using āWhirlā?ā
Whirlās voice shifted into mischievous tone āThatās the fun part.ā

Hehehe, I think Iām the only one whoās thought of this butā¦
Soundrod in Earthspark would be genuinely perfect.
Hot Rod just shows up in a Rod Pod out of nowhere. He sees this new Decepticon just walking around the most snatched waist ever, and is just working up the courage to go talk to them. Maybe even flirt a bit too, who knows.
Letās say he strides on up to this mystery bot who he knows for a fact heās never seen before and just starts casually sweet talking them. And then he asks for his designation. And his designation is Soundwave. Heās been making goo-goo eyes at Soundwave this whole time.
Now he realizes that the bot in front of him is actually the former Decepticon Third in Command.
But you see, not only is he absolutely stunned at how Soundwave went from a supposed stack of boxes to an hourglass; heās still goin to try and flirt with him because letās be honestā¦ Hot Rod still kinda wants to be fishing buddies with him.
And yes, I do believe the only motivation for Hot Rodās flirting attempts were to be to go on a bunch of fishing dates in Earthspark. I will not accept any criticism whatsoever.

Whatās the difference between Minibots and Minicons?
I genuinely want to know.
Alsoāyes, I did search both terms in TFwiki. It turns out Minicons are the small transformers that can āpower upā other Cybertronians apparently. And Minibots are different because they turn intoā¦ small vehicles?
At first I thought Minicons were just small transformer Decepticons, and that Minibots were small transformer Autobots. Because of, you know, Minicons and Minibots.
Or what if the Mini transformers are just ādescendantsā of Micromasters, and it wasnāt until during the war they were separated into Minicons and Minibots. And instead BOTH can āpower upā other Cybertronians.
And just so you guys know, the animal Cybertronians are just going to be trained fauna from Cybertronās Cyberforest; like the one in Cyberverse.
I really also want to add Botbots to my TFFC too just fyi.

Yo, thinking back to a certain Boulder headcannon,,
It said that they saw Boulder as the oldest out of the Rescue Bots.
And that kinda got me thinking back to how some people, me included, see Boulder as Bulkheadās ābrotherā. Like his little brother technically. But I canāt identify where or when I read this but I know itās out there. I know there is the possibility that maybe he was adopted as his little brother after they met in some made-up situation after the end of Rescue Bots or in RiD, but hear me out.
What if Bulkhead knew Boulder as his big brother before the war. And theeeen they reunited. I feel like seeing Boulder as this more older big-brother figure for Bulkhead would be so sweet and wholesome. Though honestly their personalities compared side-by-side Bulkhead and Boulder both had a bunch of inspo from TFA Bulkhead.
So just imagine having little brother Bulkhead look up to Boulder as a slight mentor figure being so sweet. Just imagine how much un-tapped wisdom Boulder has from his experience being a Rescue Bot/Architect/Engineer/Sweetheart. Bulkhead definitely has some wholesome moments but you get what I mean.
Now Iām just thinking if Boulder were to mentor Bulkead, I feel like heād turn a little bit more into TFA Bulkhead. Just by a bit.

Earthspark KOBD is actually just a Swapped-Frame AU?
KOBD brainrot letās goooo
Just let me break it downā¦ Breakdown is obviously the equivalent of a speedster/Stunticon in Earthspark, instead of his more āwell-knownā label as a wrecker.
He was definitely bulkier in most modern iterations, even going as far as him having his servo turn into a hammer. And, of course, he had his frame altered to look like a wrecker when joining the Decepticons and was very much recognized for having a stronger build, instead having a similar build to Knock Out.
All Iām saying is that Breakdownās eagerness to race and his alt mode are somewhat reminiscent of how I remembered Knock Outās characteristics in other medias.
I mean, I know that TFE Breakdown can definitely pack a punch, Iām just saying heās definitely a little bit more sleek than say his TFP(aligned in general) or IDW designs.
But digging a little deeper, I knew for a fact that Earthspark was going to be way more influenced by the G1 cartoon than anything else. And wouldnāt you know it, Breakdownās design in the show followed that format.
Heās bulky, but way more sleek than a traditional wrecker design.
And now I want you guys to remember how he acts in Earthspark.
Going off of my own vague memory of finishing the show, I remember him being cocky and a little bit stubborn. Which goes to show how unreliable my memory is. What Iām actually trying to convey is that he kind of gives off the vibe of what Knock Outās quirks would look like with Breakdownās personality in general.
Or, heās just a speedster Breakdown, for short.
āāā
Now I want you guys to direct your attention to what you all remember about Knock Out.
I doubt that weāll actually get any KO content in TFE, even if they decide to make comics(which I would genuinely sell my soul to acquire). But hey, thatās what the brainās imagination is for.
Based off the knowledge we have on TFEās expectations for its characters, itās safe to say that if Knock Out was going to be a part of it, thereās a big chance that heād be based off of his G1 design.
And yes, there is in fact a G1 Knock Out designā¦
Yes, heās beautiful no matter what, he knows that.
I know itās a possibility that this could be a different Knock Out, considering that this guyās name is officially spelled Knockout on TFwiki.
Although my point still stands.
Just think about it. This guy is a part of the Constructor Squad, therefore heās more of a bulked up persona than TFE Breakdown.
Thereās also a glimpse of him in an IDW comic, so this version of him isnāt entirely under the radar. And from the description on TF wiki heās loyal and surprisingly enthusiastic. Basicallyā¦ heās how I personally see Breakdown, but translated to fit Knock Outās character. Or, itās the other way around if you put into consideration that this Knockout/Knock Out came before TFP, kicking off the beginning of KOBD in the first place.
āāā
So with what information Iāve been able to get my hands on, it would be very plausible for TFE KOBD to be a Swap AU of a traditional KOBD story.
For example, Knock Out is always seen as the vain and overly dramatic of the two. With Breakdown being a stark contrast to Knock Out with his more noble traits and his eagerness to join a fight.
Now that Earthspark has provided a Breakdown that can be a bit more easygoing yet stubborn, and somewhat focused on being more self-preserved. And lets say we pair that Breakdown with a Knock Out that can be less vain but loyal and enthusiastic to work with a team.
let Breakdown be the one to gossip with Bumblebee and compete in illegal drag races, while wanting to maintain his sleek finish. Give Knock Out a sense of unironic enthusiasm when it comes to him working with a partner, and have him take pride in being a hard-at-work Construnction that has a tendency to get so overly-excited that he faints.
I would absolutely love to see a pairing like this version of KOBD if possible. Maybe I might not be looking hard enough, but all I typically see of any TFE KOBD content is of them both being sleek and stylishāto which I love and have zero quarrels with.
I just wanna see Speedster-Stunticon-Breakdown be overly confident while flirting with Constructicon-Knock Out, to the point where KO just passes out from becoming too flustered, thatās all.
Long live KOBDāØ

AHH JUST FUCK ITāART/LORE-ISH DUMP!!
Literally my last three recently finished(enough) pieces of 2023
Just for a recapāaka officially telling yāall whatās been up with meā
You see, along side my RBA-esque storyline will be other separate stories that kind of take place at the same time. Sort of, maybe, has a Trollhunters kinda timeline, or something? Let me just break it down into the main drafting titles(pending) I decided to give each sideplot:
- Roll Call Rescue Recruits: Some young transforming individuals attend Rescue Bots Academy, stationed on Griffin Rock and get up to some waaakcy hijinks with their new classmates while training to become Rescue Bots.
- Radiance In Disguise: A spoiled brat has to live with a rustic antique collector and his son, ever since her mother was arrested, and now her motherās old enemies would have to go through giant alien robots if they even want to lay a finger on her.
- Reach Out To Reassemble: Thereās a new Delinquent Rehabilitation Program in succession, and now itās up to two bots to coach two young Decepticon criminals out of their violent habits; or else itās prison for them.
None of these are in particular order by the way.
At least I think they arenāt.

I think these two should fall in love and marry each other (šuā¤ļø)š«¶
After competing, and later on fighting each other, for the love of the same guy who couldnāt see them for more than just soldiersāthey ended up falling in love with each other and becoming the textbook definition of POWER COUPLE.
