ok I am back with more specifically PureFolk Thoughts™

I am making some LEAPS at guessing the future plot, but if they have already changed so much, why not?

They’ve set up Pure as this tragic fuckboy who doesn’t believe in love, so he sleeps around.

They’ve given him a rather extreme consequence of being accused of spreading HIV. I have a sneaking suspicion we’re going to find out next ep he doesn’t actually, since caps show him and Waan at the doctor’s office.

So through very dramatic means he learns his lesson about his behavior, and then we can assume the time jump will happen to the present/university.

Then he’s going to meet Folk, Folk is going to ask for help winning over Pai, and somehow some way they’re going to end up playing out some version of what happens in the novel aka sex, which is where their story ends in the novel.

BUT there was this one pic posted of Waan comforting Pure where they’re dressed in university uniforms. AND we have this storyline set up in which Pure thinks he’s incapable of love, possibly stops hooking up randomly with people, and then randomly hooks up with Folk.

IN CONCLUSION maybe possibly we have the perfect set up for Pure actually falling for someone, understandably suffering because Folk starts out smitten with Pai and Pure is convinced nobody could actually want him beyond sexually, and I can’t help but hope there’s some kind of positive resolution. I WANT HAPPINESS FOR MY SMOL FUCKBOY CHILD.

I just need to document my thoughts so I can laugh at myself later.
