also tokyo godfathers is animated in maybe my favorite animation style ever. and i feel like a piece of shit for admitting it cause my art is so by the books but, if i could draw like anyone id have that style. like the way these characters look like real people i could meet on the street
but then all that detail gets broken when they want to play around with style and have either a funny scene or high paced action scene, they use old showa inspired expressions!
i think its so fun and cool
