I have no trouble reading the typography on your edits. like yours is always very clear idk what that person was about. your edits are amazing and there's nothing wrong with them. yes some words may be hard to understand but you can figure it out if you read the previous words or if it's a quote you can google it as you said. and if I still don't understand a word on someone's edit I simply don't understand it and move on why do some people think they have the right to criticize your work and tell you what to do ughh

tbh it's my personal pet peeve to have typography be so hard to read in creations that i cannot simply tell what it says so i pay attention to it a lot in my own stuff and the Nerve for someone to come complain about it?? makes my blood boil a little. like, what do ppl like this expect creators to do about it? make edits only with the most common fonts??? watch me slab some horrible arial onto something next time jeez.
