Social Media Break

I decided to take a social media break after finding out a close family friend betrayed my friendship. Anyways...I am enjoying it. Not stuck to the phone like I always was. Ive come to realize, I seem to compare myself a lot to other women. Whether it be looks, financially, even questioning my happiness at times. I wonder if anyone else feels like this sometimes?
