Im so excited to see what kinda cat Floyd has. In my heart i want it to be just as insane as him. But also I want him to have a cat he can just swing around in his arms.
Floyd’s cat occupies my mind rent free! <3 he has a little sphinx cat and he adores how “weird” his cat is (his words). he started by making fun of this different looking hairless cat and eventually fell in love with the kitty, because the cat has the audacity to be hairless and exist in cute clothes!! Prune gets to wear all the clothes and is bathed regularly by Floyd who you have to remind to not take on eel form and yo get out your bathtub.
I will stand by this, no matter what anyone believe… floyd and jade absolutely love “different” animals, and floyd would adore a hairless breed. he thinks they’re such weird funky little guys and would ABSOLUTELY bully the cat. the cat has no clue what he’s saying but he’s bullying a cat and then bites the ankle of another student who dares say the same, like one of those only i bully you type. o(｀ω´ )o
he eventually learns from you more about the breed, and Prune is his cat now. he is surprisingly gentle at bathing the cat, the breed needing frequent washes, and despite his own body temperature being cooler than most he likes to dress Prune up in outfits and hold her!! his kitty is relatively relaxed and does allow arm swinging and Floyd to just have a mood swing and cuddle, very soothing and calm presence in her sweater. however other times she gets kitty zoomies and floyd gets so excited and matches her mood!! fair warning: run. furniture may be demolished. ∑(ﾟДﾟ)
honestly could ramble for ages.. about my own cat dynamics i haven’t written and adore. especially want to write a longer fic style maybe in august about the first years working at the cat cafe! would anyone be interested? ace, deuce, jack, epel, ortho, sebek, grim :)) centric?

- ☯ Is there a muse you’ve always wanted to play?
Oh, there’s quite a handful!
I suppose on as of lately I have always for a long time wanted to write for Tiffany Valentine !! I loved her for a long time and always thought she’d be so fun to play, BUT! I didn’t believe I’d be able to capture her strongly!
Aaaaand honestly? My girl Summer who writes her does such a FANTASTIC job I can not compare, and I mean this lovingly in that I look up to her and her portrayal of Tiff a lot! It’s my favorite thing! So I see no need why I would need/wanna write her when she is out there being amazing. <3
PLUUUUS as I said before, Molly does get a lot of unintentional inspiration/vibes from Tiff, too, so I can get my microdose here <3 OASKDJF!!
- ♪♩♫ Does music inspire your muse? What’s one song on your playlist that reminds you of your muse?
Ooooh I’d say so! There’s a lot of times I listen to songs and I can feel my Molly muse peek her head around the corner! She really does get a lil active and running around in my head with music.
One song I’d say that really reminds me of her that I talk about A LOT is Appetite of a People Pleaser by GHOST!
- ▽ Why did you create this muse?
WELL.
This is a good question.
Because honestly, I don’t have like... A SOLID for sure answer, weirdly enough!
I first was introduced to her by one image, and two facts of “she’s angel’s sister. she’s very bubbly.” way back in 2018 by my friend Tord!
And for some reason I just immediately latched on. To the point, I kid you not, not even 5 minutes later did I end up changing my pfp to that image of Molly.
I was attached! I just.. Fell in love with her. And somehow began just... Spinning up ideas on her and a story. It took me awhile to finally make the blog because I was NERVOUS and also only ever had two blogs before this.
When I first made the blog I had it as LOW ACTIVITY .... LOL! That lasted a day.
I remember doing a test writing for her to gauge if I wanted 2 make her blog, I remember writing one reply and immediately, again, hooked!
I just think I like all the potential she had, and the fact there is SO MUCH of my own personal life, traditions, and the stories told to me by my parents and grandparents that I can weave into her. I like how complex she could be, I love her aesthetic and her look, I love the potential tragedy her character can hold, and I love the way how her presence can absolutely alter and change the lives of people around her, not just limited to Angel, but the rest of the hotel, too.
The biggest compliment(s) I think I ever got with Molly, is being told how I made her feel like she was originally apart of the cast, and how sometimes people forget she isn’t actually a main character.
I remember once I believe my dear REDACTED told me they can imagine Molly being a main character all on her own.
I said before if I had the motivation and like... not plagued with ADHD and other mental roadblocks, I could write a biography on her life from start to now, I think.
I can’t say for certain any of the things are the entire reason why I picked up Molly, but it is things I found through my journey OF creating Molly that make me glad and happy picking her up.
Me writing her all just felt like fate, being pulled by an invisible string.
She IS my longest running and most active muse I have, going on two, nearing three years of being here!
She is more fleshed out than my own OCs, or any OC I ever created. She really is my baby. <3
