Attempts at Finrod design

↑ This is my newest design for how I imagine him to look like. Though I'm not really satisfied yet 😂

My older design has some things I like (the necklace) and some things that make me go "eh". ↓

This one took so long to draw idk why. Maybe Bec life kept getting in the way....?

I'm quite happy with how it turned out, especially because I'm experimenting with a new style. So far I actually like the (nearly) lineless style.

Fëanorian outfit design: Caranthir

I vaguely remember something about Caranthir liking purple. So I went kinda overboard with it XD Here he is dressed for an evening party in and around valinor/Thargelion. Enjoying a cup of spiced wine as usual. Caranthir also has some dwarvish braids in his hair due to his fairly good relations with the dwarves.

I believe this one needs some more explaining on the birthmarks. I have a HC that his redness extends down his neck , arms and small piece of his back. It also gets worse when it's hot or when he becomes angry or irritated with something. This is one reason why he's often seen in clothes that cover nearly everything, sometimes even with gloves.

I am absolutely shameless in saying that this might be my absolute favorite drawing of Caranthir so far. If it wasn't stupifyingly noticeable to everyone yet......I love Moryo :D

This one is also based on my Fic where the Fëanorians get to also pick out some modern clothes.

Fëanorian outfits: Fëanor + Nerdanel

Have to say that this isn't the best y'all have likely seen from my blog 😂 I'm kinda sad to have had to rush this one because of exams ......again :')

I went for a soft/romantic evening out design for their clothes. It's nice to imagine what they could've worn on days where they got to be together happily and without oaths and problems keeping them apart. I think I might spend some more time figuring out designs for the both of them in the future.

Hopefully I'll soon be able to post a queue of what'll be in store for April! I have to wrestle through my exams first tho :'D

Fëanorian outfit design: Maedhros

Here's the very first design for the coming month! I felt like sharing it a little earlier. This first design is one of his spring festival costumes. I believe the elves used to have lots of festivals during the year and so a spring festival wouldn't be far off. Our dear Maitimo is representing magnolia flowers here. I must say he came out a tiny bit crooked because I was sick for a week :,)

Of course I couldn't resist doodling a tiny Maitimo to go with it. I feel like Fëanor would have made him wear things in red and sets of three. He likes rubbing things into peoples faces after all....isn't that right Nelyafinwë :P

And the last one is a bit of a bonus doodle for my fic XIX-THE SUN. A modern Maitimo. With handsome crablor on the right by his head. (It looks like a crab ok?)

Nienna in Mandos

This is another piece in my new style attempt! I found out I really enjoy the look of watercolors mixed with colored pencils.

So here is the lady of hope and sorrow, in Mandos. I went with a scene of her at the very beginning, meeting with Eru who brings her wisdom and understanding of what's to come. The white lillies in the background represent death, mourning and renewed hope. So I found them fitting of this scene.
