Just imagine…..
Donnie has been pining over you for months. You have no clue because he’s been way too shy and nervous to confess his feelings. His brothers see it though and they think the two of you would be a perfect match. It’s time to execute a new mission.
The guys plan a small Christmas party and invite you, April, and Casey. Now they just have to get you both in the same room alone at the same time. Mikey comments loudly that he made Christmas hand pies and covered them in his famous icing, a dupe for the Pop tarts frosting. Within minutes, Donnie sneaks away to the kitchen. Leo is keeping lookout and sends a signal to Raph when the genius is busy licking icing off a hand pie.
Raph leans over and whispers conspiratorially in your ear that he hid some of your favorite iced coffee drinks at the back of the fridge and asks you to bring one back for him too. You rub your hands together with a mischievous gleam in your eye and nod in agreement. You discreetly sneak away to the kitchen. Leo watches closely while Mikey whips out the drone and its controller.
Leo chuckles to himself as he sees Donnie getting embarrassed over getting caught by you, and you rummaging through the fridge and producing bottles of iced coffee. You step over closer to Donnie to say something. Perfect. He gives Mikey the go ahead and the drone is quickly whizzing its way to the kitchen.
You and Donnie both look up in sync to see the drone hovering over your heads with a sprig of mistletoe dangling from it. You look at each other, and look away, both feeling your faces heat up. Leo realizes that neither of you will make a move without a push so he calls out, “You know the rules! Kiss!”
Donnie drops the pie from his trembling hands at his older brother’s shout and nervously reaches for you. You look up expectantly and when he leans down, you meet him halfway. It’s a soft chaste peck, but you lick your lips after pulling back and taste the icing from his lips.
“Sweet,” you murmur and pull Donnie back for more.
The other brothers and their friends cheer from the other room, but you and Donnie are too busy sharing the taste of his pilfered treat to care. 💜

Gosh sorry it's so long. I hadn't realized how much had been put into Sunny's character until you asked these questions, and I really want to thank you for that. I had to do a bit of soul searching for these answers 😂💖
Sunshine Alisabet Meadows
🧊 - Is their current design the first one?
Kind of.
What I mean by kind of, is that Sunshine has always been "the laundry bitch".
And I will come back to this later.
So, I'm gonna start this off by telling you that instead of using y/n in my reader x turt fics, I like to use pet names. Sunshine is one of those pet names.
And actually the pet name originally stemmed from Tethered - which has been being written for I feel like YEARS at this point, but has yet to see the light of day - whomp.
Sunshine is what Donatello calls his significant other, as a pet name in said series.
And actually, now that I think of it, I first used it in LBH BY Donatello, and I think it just kind of stuck after that.
Because we all know, I do love me some DonDon.
Then, Sunshine really came about next, through means of my one-shot Sniped.
She was dropped into an apocalyptic au through human trafficking and saved by Donnie. Later she moved in with the turtles on base and met Mona Lisa - courtesy of the wonderful @tmnt-tychou 💕
Her most current version that you all know and love, was restructured to fit in a Tactical Turtles (Rise) AU, where she met a hot ass mechanic - Axel 💖
🍀 - What originally inspired the OC?
Weirdly enough, a dream. I dream in turtle occasionally. And Donatello's pet name for me, was Sunshine.

The person really responsible for helping start Sunshine on her OC journey, however, was TyChou 🫶🏻
Mona was Sunshine's first girlfriend.
That's right folks, you heard it here first. MonaShine was and sometimes still is a thing. Because Sunny also loves herself a lizard girlfriend 😂☀️🦎💕
Sunshine continued her journey into what we'll call a group writing exercise started by the incredible @morning-sun-brah 💖 and in an au created by the equally amazing @donathan 🤩
She got a little resizing, if you will, to become a self insert character for said writing exercise.
And then she just sort of found a voice of her own as time went on. She does indeed resemble me in many ways, but she is very much *her own person* now.
🧠 - What do you like most about the OC?
Her girlfriend, Axel.

No but, really, I love everything about Sunshine. Girlfriend has been through A LOT. And put ME through A LOT.
Including springing the fact that she has an identical twin - Buttercup. Who I also love dearly, but that's a story for another ask.
Sunny is my most frequently written OC, although you'd never know it because most of her stories remain in my drafts, and unpublished 😅
Which is a crime because she's a friggin riot.
I love that she is sassy and sarcastic. She has such a wonderful sense of humor and a heart of gold. She is warm and welcoming, and she is equal parts safety and laundry. She is the epitome of Shenanigans Supreme® and if you ever looked up Little Shit™ in the dictionary, you'd see her staring back at you.
She holds a very special place in my heart and is my favorite out of all my OCs.
Just don't tell her. It'll go straight to her head 😑🙄😂
And honestly, she's my OG laundry bitch, how could I not love her the most 🫶🏻☀️
And since we're here, and I'm writing about her character development, I want to give a huge shout out, and thanks to all of you who have helped me create and develop her. Especially @shiftandshade ❤️🥰

TMNTVDAY (Week 1) - Donnie and Harper
(Thanks again to @tmnt-tychou and here we are with the second round!)
1. In which TMNT universe does your pairing exist?
As said before with Leonardo and Ginny, these two exist in a mixture of the 2003 series and 2007 movie's universes.
2. Introduce us to your OTP.
On the right corner we have Donatello, the genius turtle with the sass and an addiction to coffee that should be checked up on! And on the left corner we have Harper Rhodes, cybernetic engineer with the enthusiasm of a sugar rush and the clinginess of a koala!
3. How did they meet?
Technically, Harper met Leonardo first: she had set up a hidden camera - that she removed later! - outside of Ginny's window and caught him that way. Later on, she and Donnie met through the older turtles finally introducing his two new friends to the rest of the family. They clicked on pretty fast after that.
4. How is the relationship now?
Harper is naturally flirty but not really good at speaking her feelings out, so it took a while for Donnie to understand that she was actually serious about him. After Harper's big breakdown about her father, though, they finally talked out about how they felt for each other and decided to give their relationship a chance. Nowadays they basically live together, considering how often they end up spending days working together - Donnie even has spare keys of Harper's lab and she has unlimited access to his own - and have the tendency to taking care of each other: Harper is careful to see that Donnie doesn't overwork himself and Donnie pushes Harper to be more open about her real thoughts and feelings.
5. What is each other's love language?
Quality time mixed with physical affection: they work a lot together and Harper gradually got Donatello used to her basically always being in physical contact with him - sitting on his lap, leaning against his side or over his head, him resting his head on her lap… Also, Harper is Donnie's cheerleader and Donnie is Harper's Santa Claus, meaning she throws as many words of affirmation at him as possible and he likes to build up gadgets for her… and watch her take them apart to understand how they work. ^^
6. Do they get married or have any kids?
Due to her parents' messy divorce, Harper is pretty resistant against the idea of getting married, but years down the line, when interspecies marriages get legalized, she finally realizes that Donatello really isn't going anywhere and the two have their wedding not too long after Leonardo and Ginny's.
As for kids… I don't really see them having any? I see them becoming mentors, especially considering how they will create their own research team on engineering and cybernetic enhancement, but I can't actually imagine them as parents. Though they're surely going to be a very lovely uncle and aunt, as long as they leave any potentially dangerous experimental trinket home. XD
7. What is your favorite thing about this pairing? (Gush as much as you want!)
These two are just so unapologetically in love in my head! Harper may be the one who shouts it out more loudly, but Donatello adores her back just as much, they're like a human-and-mutant version of Gomez and Morticia Addams (to be clear, Donnie is Morticia and Harper is Gomez XD)!

Jehannet - The introduction (TMNT)
Alright, my Turtle Doves.
It is time.
I'd like y'all to meet my boy.
Actually, I need y'all to meet my boy.
He will be a bonus contender in my Trick or Kink story for this year's festivities 😘
His name is Jehannet - J, for short.
Now… A bit of background info is necessary.
First of all, my turtle boys are older. Mid-30s to 40.
The turtles had been created in a lab, purposely. They were made to be weapons. But the human DNA that was used to humanize them gave them morals that caused them to be emotional and somewhat untrainable for what the scientists needed and wanted them for.
They had been bred in captivity. Their parents were chosen carefully, looking for distinct traits and abilities.
They were trying to create the Perfect Specimen.
Leonardo and Michelangelo are full-blooded brothers.
As are Raphael and Donatello.
This means these two sets of brothers are only family thanks to Splinter -who was also created in the same lab.
But back to the boys.
Once our four boys were seemingly old enough for the scientists to really study, and experiment on, they gathered enough data through observation to create what they hoped would be their perfect specimen.
They bred Raph and Don's father with Leo and Mike's Mother to create Jehannet.
Jehannet is named after a Renaissance artist, more commonly known as Jean Clouet. He was a miniaturist.
He was named after Clouet because he is a carbon copy of Don - and originally, he was Don's "mini-me."
However, now that he's a full-grown alpha, he's taller than Don but still looks a little younger. J also has the brains to rival our resident genius.
On top of already being nearly perfect (😂💜), boyfriend is also bigger and stronger than the big Red brute himself.
And while he may look like an absolute beast, he's as sweet, fun, and funny as Mikey. And has all that serene energy and super charm that Leo exudes.
He's also a master in energy work, but we'll talk about that later 😘
Without explaining too much and giving y'all too many spoilers, you should probably know that J had been missing for nearly 20 years (give or take) and has recently been reunited with his older brothers.
And just as each of the boys is associated with a specific color, so is J.
He dons a cream/light yellow colored mask and wraps.
And he normally uses dual broadswords for fighting; however, he’s currently training in bladed boomerangs for tactical missions. ⚔️
Yes, you read that right. He is part of the Tactical Team Turtles 🔥
I'm so excited to finally have the courage to introduce him to you!
It's like bringing home my true love for my family to meet for the first time 😂😬💛
And as always, a shout out to @leosgirl82 for helping me in his creation 😘🥰
