dumped by my therapist for being too mentally ill 🙃
#personal#vent#tw suicide#told her I'm having constant suicidal thoughts#that are incredibly distressing#and a pervading sense of hopelessness#'sorry I can't help you figure out WHY you're depressed 😕'#like first of all did you even listen to what I'm saying#I find it bleakly hilarious that the one time I'm upfront about my suicidal feelings#she didn't ask aaaaaaanyyyyy safeguarding questions lmao#and blamed me for being difficult and rejecting her help#because I said I can't get a GP appointment and I can't use crisis lines#because my voice literally shuts down and I can't speak when I'm very distressed#(which she's witnessed first hand in our sessions)#so I have to get one of those GP appointments I can't get#and start the referral process over#hoping that this time they don't send me to CBT#or I could just save myself the trouble and jump off a bridge
