قادت عملاق التواصل الاجتماعي تويتر جولة استثمارية من الفئة D لدعم موقع التواصل الاجتماعي الهندي ShareChat، حيث بلغت قيمة الاستثمار 100 مليون دولار.

فيما شارك بجانب العملاق الأمريكي في هذه الجولة شركة الاسثمارات ودعم رأس المال TrustBridge Partnersو Shunwei Capital وشركة ightspeed Venture Partners الأمريكية المختصة في دعم المشاريع التقنية وعدداً أخر من الشركات الأجنبية والهندية.

لتبلغ القيمة السوقية للشركة بعد هذه الجولة 650 مليون دولار، بعد جمعها اسثمارات بقيمة 224 مليون دولار منذ بداياتها حتى هذا الاستثمار الأخير.

وعلق مدير تويتر في الهند Manish Maheshwari على هذا الدعم بقوله أن شركته و ShareChat متوافقين على الهدف المتمثل في خدمة نظم المحادثة العامة، والمساهمة في تعلم أسرع وإيجاد حلول للتحديات في العالم.

مضيفاً أن هذا الاستثمار سيساعد المنصة الهندية للنمو ويتيح لها الوصول للمدراء التنفيذيين في تويتر كشركاء فكر.

منصة واعدة وشريك رابح

وتقدم المنصة الهندية خدماتها باللغة الهندية فقط ولا توجد أي خطة حالية لتوفير اللغة الإنجليزية، حيث أنها تخدم حالياً ما يزيد عن 60 مليون مستخدم عبر 15 لغة محلية مختلفة كما صرح مديرها التنفيذي Ankush Sachdeva.

و بالنظر لاستثمار تويتر نفسها في هذا المنصة التي لم يمضى عليها سوى 4 سنوات في سوق وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، نرى أنها تسير بنفس النهج الذي تتخذه غالبية الشركات التقنية العالمية الأمريكية والأجنبية، بالأخذ بالحسبان المكانة الاقتصادية الكبيرة للسوق الهندي على صعيد المنتجات البرمجية و الأجهزة واستغلاله في تحقيق الأرباح.
