Honestly, I'm not really sure what would be popular! I definitely know what Renwick likes--a lot of black eyeliner and perhaps some glitter on the face (I have decided that glitter exists in this setting). Belladonna, leader of the Night Terrors, is also fond of a heavy eyeliner look, as well as black lipstick.
I do like the idea, though, that just like in the Victorian Era, dyeing your hair is in fashion in the Sky Isles, whose fashion trends always end up making it down to Shadeport. I plan to have one character comment on it later in the season, of young people dyeing their hair to match their clothing.

I imagine there's plenty of trade going on in the public marketplaces, or just like people setting up stalls with their old things they want to sell and people coming up to buy those things!
Now that I think about it, the Night Terrors probably frequent those marketplaces a lot, at least the ones in Shadeport where they can quickly fly to. It's where they get most of their clothes from. Contrary to what some may believe, most vampires (in this setting at least) aren't wealthy!

Ah, that's a tough question! I'll mostly be focusing on the humans for this once, since the vampires are more anachronistic and kinda just do what they want. And by humans I mean three of the kingdoms that get more focus since there are a lot.
Fabros, Renwick's kingdom of birth, is based off of Regency England (as well as New England), so there'd definitely be those hairstyles you might find there. Not the half-down ones you see in Bridgerton, though--updos are considered most proper, often hearkening back to the Vicentian Empire of antiquity. Sideburns are popular in (cis) men, so Ren purposefully oils a lock of hair on each side of his face to make it look like he's grown sideburns too, and that they're just impeccably groomed.
Cedra, where most of the monster hunters are from and where a bit of time is spent throughout the series, is similar but they're also experiencing a sort of "elfcore" phase, especially in the larger cities, where they copy elaborate Seelie (mostly autumn) Elf hairdos (often inspired by the Italian Renaissance period, but with more braids and jewels). Most of these require assistance, though with magic it's made much easier.
Shadeport/Fhelune is where Erevan is from, and despite its elven origins it's a melting pot of different cultures. Since it's the only place in the Everdark with an airship station, they get much of their inspirations from Isle Vicentia, one of the floating cities (which gets mentioned here and there), and thus have many Victorian influences. With clocks being so significant due to a lack of sun in the city, there may even be some looks that one could call steampunk wrt to accessories and such!
Vampires have a variety of hairstyles, but since most of them have no reflections, they rely on each other for help moreso than a mortal might. Many of them have very simple hairstyles for this reason, and often they end up looking uneven. But it's almost a look of its own. But while a vampire with a simple or uneven style may just enjoy the look or not care so much about appearance, a vampire with an elaborate style or even just an even cut is a surefire sign they're not alone.

Shuffle Tag Game 2.0
I didn't realize I had also gotten tagged by @serenanymph!! I really enjoy this game so let's go with a new round of shuffle!!
Name of the game: shuffle your "on repeat" playlist and share the first 10 songs and tag 10 people! And for an extra challenge I shall find a way to relate every song to my WIP!

Moondance - Nightwish. The spirit of it all, revelry in the night. I can't really think of any scenes that fit this super well or any characters in particular. Maybe a song for Sylen, god of the moon!
Tavern Brawl - Legend of Vox Machina. There is a tavern scene, but there won't be any brawls! It's a fae-owned tavern that sometimes appears in front of you when you're in the Everdark and need a place to rest. TBH my inspiration behind it is a Denny's at a road stop in the middle of nowhere and how much of a liminal space it felt like. I wanted a similar feeling to that.
Follow the Whale’s Fin - Guardians of Ga’Hoole movie. Vince’s home, or perhaps Priscilla’s. Either way, a world far away.
Quand le rideau tombe - Mozart L'Opera Rock. Erevan. Won’t go into too much detail because spoilers, but oof.
Open My Senses - Wendy Rule. Renwick longing for the night, for a place where he belongs.
Seafarer’s Lullaby - Ginny Di. At the south of the Everdark there lies Undertaker's Bay, where sirens and vampires work together. The sirens sing to lure the ships closer to the rocks, and once they're under the magical cloak of darkness the vampires come swooping down from the sky.
Lair of the Forgotten - Derek Fiechter. While being a home for many, sadness permeates the Everdark. Many of those who chose to live there were driven from the light in some way or another.
Hardware Store - Weird Al Yankovic. Well. Um. There’s probably places to buy tools in Shadeport???? Any tools you might find in the 19th century perhaps??
Drink - Alestorm. There are a few ex-pirate vampires in Shadeport! Also, vampires are known for drinking…just not quite what the song sings about. "We’re undead/We pierce your neck/And drink your blood at the fall of the sun" ???
Polka Never Dies - The Dreadnoughts. Night Terrors energy.
