I adore Bayley and Sasha in the ring together. It truly is magic! I wanted a big WM ending match but obviously that wasn't on the table for this feud.
Their storytelling with small hints and winks throughout the first half of the year was great to watch but I pretty much count the "feud" as starting the minute Bayley turned on Sasha. Honestly, I've found the feud to be somewhat lackluster. Idk, I can't fully put my finger on it.
Perhaps I feel like WWE should have treated it as a bigger thing and not just the only women's division story ya got going on over at SD.
I've said before, the narrative tied to Sasha's previously abysmal booking always intrigued me so I'm somewhat disappointed that her not being able to retain was just dealt with as quickly as it was.
As for the future, I ain't in the boat of "separating them". I think thats a great idea in practice but we've just had a draft so unless some bullshittery is made apparent, Bayley is going to be on SD for the foreseeable future. Unlike the men's division where they have a mid card, I don't think you can say the same for the women's. Either Bayley is in the title picture or she's doing nothing (I don't like this fact and would love WWE to maybe, geez I don't know, SHOWCASE MORE THAN ONE WOMEN'S DIVISION STORY AT A TIME).
Regardless, I'm excited to see Sasha fight LITERALLY ANYONE on that roster and tbf, I hope they give Pam some time off. For the better part of a year and a half, that woman has carried that's SD division. She's deserves a damn break!

By the way… one part (the set of hands) was inspired by @fandomandangstlover’s Admit Your Sins AU! Specifically this post! Even though this animation is based on my own… interpretation… with its own story (???), their AU is definitely worth checking out if you like this sort of thing! (Though admittedly there’s not much to see from either of us as of the time of writing… but still, it’s pretty cool.)

Hi. You can call me Nova or Seva or Rush or any variant of those names. This sideblog is primarily for Spy’s Disguise stuff but Fortress Films in general shows up sometimes.
Tag Guide:
s-09: the BLU Spy from Spy’s Disguise. You know. That guy. Can he please die already
unnamed blu engineer: the GOAT BLU Engineer from Spy’s Disguise. The main one, I mean. I don’t tag the Sawmill guys, apologies. (Oh, and I like to call him “E” sometimes.)
e-06: the RED Engineer seen in both Spy’s Disguise and Emesis Blue. I view Dell and the Bartender as the same person despite being credited separately, so they share this tag (at least until further notice).
thing i made: things… that I made.
not sd: anything that has nothing to do with SD but I find cool regardless. There won’t be too much of these here, I promise.
sd bullshittery: where the cringe goes to die anything that isn’t based in canon. Headcanons, AUs, speculations, etc… basically anything that I don’t want clogging the main tag.
the inbox: questions and answers from the Tumblr inbox.
Additional notes: the character tags are based on the canonical ID numbers (or lack thereof) of each character (confirmed by the creators through the shithole official Discord server) as they all lack official names that distinguish them from their canon TF2 counterparts. As such, the tags may change in the future as new info is given.
