Today, I painted something personal, a feeling during moments of solemnity. A heavenly white light that guides, protects, and keeps me focused during meditation. A peaceful light we can find within ourselves. I hope this made you feel relaxed and inspired. 🌼 The process video is available on my youtube channel - scribblaire.

Trying a different style for this piece. 🧡 I'll just add some elements here and there and I'm finished. Can't wait to share the other #wip I did (those you've seen in my stories). Painting is relaxing and fun!

Practicing watercolor again for a project soon. This is a mix of winsor & newton and smincke on canson cold pressed paper 200gsm. I wasn't able to film a reel for this because I was fully immersed in the process. 😍 I used green for the underpainting, obviously the oranges are a bit saturated that is because I painted this on a low-light set-up (orange lamp as the only source of light, I was living for the ~ vibe~ ) but really happy with how this turned out! ☺️

The path to being confident is to make yourself vulnerable. While doing things that you are uncomfortable with, doubts usually start to creep in. You can ask yourself questions over and over again, or you can just simply take the first step.

Using gouache is entirely different from watercolor. There was a bit of a struggle here and there, layer after layer, but an enjoyable teaching moment for sure. ✨
