The ending completely changed my opinion of this game. The wave survival part kinda dragged on. But the Nahualli himself? Such a compelling and fuckin terrifying villian. The weird fucking forcing them to act out his domestic fantasy was chilling. I kinda love him.
So I got to the part where you find out who attempted to kill the new Boss in Saints Row Reboot, its like the 3rd last main mission of the game. And I give the game a 4/10 for a lot of reasons, and especially comparing it to the previous games. But anyways I wanted to say could you just imagine if when you get to the part where its revealed who kills the new Boss, a prompt comes up to import your old saints row boss customization? Or something like that and it turns out its your original Boss from the older games who came to kill the new one, taking back the title! Idk...I was very optimistic about this reboot but its gotten a lot wrong with story building, even though the story was absolutely wtf in like 1, 2 & 3 (and then 4 and Gat Out Of Hell) it still made you feel something.
Ok the rescue Kevin mission really gave me sr1 and sr2 vibes like we got the combo Ben king and Stefan and septic avenger, bar brawl (much easier than the Ronin katana fights but I’m already remembering), Kevin my kidnapped Shaundi, killing through Idols like killing through vice kings to get Gat
I have always adored Día de los Muertos. I think it's a wonderful and beautiful way to remember lost love ones and I hope to witness it in Mexico one day. 🥰
Since I can, I decided to put Tyde in some Día de los Muertos inspired outfits to celebrate. ⭐
