Killer verse:
Born with a deep curiosity and a desire to learn all he can from everything around him, Elijah grew with a low level of empathy. Almost non-existent he would torment everything and everyone around him just to see how they would react. His parents managed to push him towards building, hoping to focus his more destructive and sinister tendencies somewhere that wouldn't get him, and them by proxy, in terrible trouble. Elijah was taught that his curious mind was not wrong, but he couldn't show the way he worked to anyone. As such, he hid his true and dark desires from the world.
But more than just the curiosity of what he did, there was a superiority he felt as well. A rush of pride from being the last one standing. It was a high he would continue to chase for the rest of his life, a secret journey to feel truly right with himself.
On top of the fact that his androids we're not fully accepted by all of society, he knew he needed to step away from the spotlight after his home had been broken into. The man who dated to challenge him did not survive the encounter, but it was enough for Elijah to reconsider his situation. He needed to be somewhere safer, somewhere where no one would look twice at him. So, he moved from the neighborhood he lived in to somewhere secluded, closer to his factory (opposite of his main where he moved from the secluded location to the neighborhood) There, it was easier to hide his extracurricular. He also stepped down from his company, effectively closing production from created new androids to only making more of the ones already designed and keeping them up to date.
Elijah is a regular recluse during the day, one who still frequents many places around the city. But at night, he lures in unsuspecting victims to torment, leaving only a black feather behind. It earned him the moniker of "The Raven."
His machines of his home maintain the secret, but their memories of his activities are regularly wiped to avoid any situation where they may be used against him. Their long term memories are maintained to avoid any suspicions.
IMPORTANT DETAIL: Elijah's need and desire to kill is an addiction. He can't stop, nor does he ever want to. This means that though it may be difficult, he CAN be swayed to not kill. Don't expect it to work for long, though. And even if he does stop killing for a time, he will just become more manipulative in his every day life. It's a balancing act of control and he always prefers to be the one to make that difference.
ALT 1:
From the time he was in college, Elijah has aligned himself with one man: Corvus DeVille (@creation-is-chaos). The two of them have a partnership and understanding that goes beyond that of friends or lovers. They are platonic soulmates, and doing anything to one will invoke the wrath of the other. They rule the underground of Detroit with none willing to step up to them.
At some point, they both fall for a certain sassy detective, Jessica Stern (@rxseguided) who tends to turn their world on it's edge. Their lives are one filled with drama and chaos as they cling to each other, protect each other, and try to navigate life.
ALT 2:
Betrayal is the story here. Elijah had a particularly bad falling out with the one person he trusted in the world, Corvus (@creation-is-chaos). But, he was too proud or stubborn to admit he was wrong, and knew that even the smallest betrayal to Corvus was not worthy of forgiveness. So, instead he sets out in a lifelong war against his former friend. It's essentially a suicide mission he does not expect to survive, and part of him doesn't want to. He sees it as his own divine punishment, pushing Corvus' side as hard and far as he can to force him to retaliate.
Important to note: he is slowly losing his mind in this alt, as well as his grasp on reality.

Connor did not expect her to be dressed so comfortably. His eyes followed the way the silk ran over her figure. A cascade of red liquid against her skin. He blinked. Then he leaned forward. “I am sure those at Cyberlife are still adamant about having you send them after me.” The android is a detective for a reason. He does his job well. As far as the company who created thousands of his kind is concerned, Connor would see them all convicted.
There are some he would see destroyed. The AI program for one. Those who designed him for another.
He stood in one fluid motion and stepped closer to her. Connor’s brown gaze lowered onto her. “Why haven’t you let them?”

They were fighting again. She knew what it was about. She always knew what it was about.. Alex peeks in through the crack in the door. Mom was always the one defending her but Dad.. He shrugs it off. Every time. Did he want her? The tears fill her eyes. He didn't love her.. She did everything to try and get his attention. Even drew for him. And every time he would just walk away..
Alex sniffles as she backs away from the door. Making her way back to her room. For a few moments she looks around her decorated room. She thinks back to when her mom helped her decorated it. It was really the best day she had in her life.
She moves her chair from her vanity and looks over at her drawings of her and her mom and dad.. The smiles Alex and her mom had while her dad.. A big frown. He always had that look. Has he ever smiled before?.. Alex wipes the tears from her eyes. Wishing.. Just wishing she had a dad that loved her..
Her hand moves taking a blank piece of paper and starts writing. Tears staining the paper as she wrote. Saying her goodbyes. Saying how much she loved her mom. How she hopes her dad will smile now that she would be gone.
She gets up from her chair and takes a small bag. Gathering a few toys and clothes.. She looks back at her room before closing the door behind her and sneaks out.
The woods at night were scary. More so than she thought.. She could hear the branches snapping around her. That fear drawing close as she gasped when it sounded closer. Her pace quickened as she started to run. Looking behind her to see what followed. That is when she crashes into someone and falls back. Her greenish blue, doe eyes look up at the figure. Trembling.. She holds her doll close to her body.
