I'm starting to feel really bad about my weight. I started counting calories and my breakfast (3 sausages, 2 glasses of milk, and 8 Oreos but that was a small snack w my cousin) already took up 90% of my daily intake allowance. I didn't think that would be that bad and now I'm going through the p/roana tag and feeling so shitty. I'm sitting here so hungry, but I can't eat anything else. I even turned down going to two of my fav good places (one of which I've been craving for two weeks) with my family bc I feel like I'm so fat. And I know it's not reliable for a number of reasons, but I calculated my BMI and it's a 31 so that DEFINITELY didn't make me feel great... And I feel like I can't talk to my gf about it bc she's going through the same thing but worse than me right now and I'm worried about triggering her into a bad episode again. I just want to lay here and cry. I thought I was doing so much better this year but it turns out I'm not.
