First Half of the Rebirth Timeline Events

* Akatsuki Miyuki and her older brother are on the run from the Romefeller Foundation, an wealthy organization that has ties to governments not only in Prime Earth, but various Interdimensional Governments like The Grand Empire and even the United Government of Authrum. The RF seeks to use Miyuki’s latent power as a Child of Miracles for their own ends, specifically the Grand Empire.

*During this pursuit Miyuki’s brother is seemingly killed while he sends her to earth Prime.

*Miyuki ends up in Academy City and Encounters Kamijou Touma on the 28th of November. She then starts to live wit him, Index, Othinus and Spynix and forms a bond with Touma in particular, seeing her brother in him.

*Two Days pass and Bowen Chuuno and Rosalia Echidemont, an Operator from the UG’s Ministry of Science and the self proclaimed Sorceress Supreme is sent to Academy City of Prime Earth on the request of the Romefeller Foundation to capture Miyuki. They however, are fed the lie that she holds dangerous power that could threaten Multi-Universal stability.

*Touma, Miyuki and Index encounters Bowen and Rosalia who seeks to bring her with them, but this results in a brief battle between the forces of Kamijou and the forces of Bowen. The Romefeller Foundation however determines Bowen and Rosalia to no longer be needed and a Magician is sent to have them and the other party involved assassinated so they can capture Miyuki, use her for experiments and blame the incident on Academy City.

* Kamijou and Bowen’s groups team up to stop the Magician and his cohorts, eventually defeating him. The lie is eventually revealed to them, and that Miyuki as she is now poses no threat to anyone whatsoever. The Magician is taken into custody, however the Romefeller Foundation pins all of the blame on the Magician.

*MINUS becomes largely active and attempts to kill a classmate of Touma’s, however, he saves them and stops the one responsible. This happened 1 day after the Romefeller Incident.

*From the 3rd of December to the 5th, MINUS becomes more active, targeting Espers like Misaka MIkoto and Accelerator, however most of these attacks and plots were foiled by Touma. During this time, people have taken more notice of Violent VIolet’s presence. It is also during this time that the Multi-Universe Holy Grail War begins and Servants are being summoned.

*On the 6th, the Pope is assassinated in his sleep and a new pope is chosen shortly there after, Micheal Lancaster, who renames the Church, the Fallen Roman Orthodox Church, where the christian god is replaced by a new deficit figure.

*On the 7th, the Grail War is chosen to take place on Prime Earth, in Academy City. Bowen and Rosalia return and inform Touma of this, who agrees to help them on their mission of destroying the Multi-Universe Holy Grail. On that same night, Stacia Sequenzia, the KNIGHT class Servant is summoned by Bowen with Rosalia’s assistance.

*From that point forward for the next week or two, Touma is involved in several incidents involving the Grail War. He helps Bowen defeat a Contractor and his Servant, and Yukari Elise, is brought onto their side with Urimoto Tenma’s help.

It is also during this time that a Gemstone named Kurosaki Makoto is kidnapped by an outside organization and brought to Academy City on behalf of MINUS. He is then forced to join them to do jobs with them.

*On the 14th, an extra dimensional creature known as an Elder Dragon appears in Academy City without warning and causes havoc. Violent Violet and Anti-Skill engage the creature and eventually defeat it, though the destruction caused is great.

*On the 15th, a rare meeting occurs in that, Index, Last Order, and Takitsubo Rikou encounter each other and the trio befriends one another. However, this attracts the attention of MINUS which sends Makoto to kidnap them and bring them to district 19. Touma, Accelerator and Hamazura Shiage catch wind of this immediately, and forms separate attacks on the District 19 Hideout of MINUS with the assistance of Violet, ITEM, Misaka MIkoto, Shirai Kuroko. and two strangers, a younger boy with Golden Hair who helps out Hamazura and a “Magical Girl” who helps Touma.

Many battles are fought in the MINUS hideout, but all parties are able to save the girls, despite some friction between the rescue teams like MIkoto with Mugino Shizuri and Accelerator.

After rescuing Index and leaving her with Estelle, Touma encounters Makoto and the two get into a grueling fist fight. After hearing about Makoto’s circumstances, Touma eventually defeats him and drags him over to a secluded area where he contacts Rosalia and her blue haired Maid, in order to transport him out of the city and back into the town he was taken from.

*On the 16th, Violet was on the way to a store to pick up something for Yoshikawa, when two people ambushed her, restrained her and wisked her away to an unknown place. Saten Ruiko witnesses the whole thing and immediately contacts her friends at Judgement, Kuroko and Uiharu Kazari about the incident. After review of some CCTV footage, Anti-Skill is contacted and a huge investigation and manhunt is underway. Board Chairman Aliester catches wind of this incident and further ramps up Operation Apocrypha forces and continues to support the investigation.

Accelerator learns what happened from Yomikawa and does not react well. Over the course of the week, he goes out looking for her, as well as causing damage to structures and property in his wake.

*On the 17th, Touma is informed that he is chosen to be the fiance of Princess Ann of the Camlilian KIngdom. He brushes it off as a prank, but learns that this is a reality when a carriage is brought to his dorm to pick him up. he reluctantly gets in with an angry Index in tow and meet theb royal family, who then explain that he was put into this marriage in order to form an alliance with Academy City. The reason for this alliance was because of the Holy Grail War which continues to rage on.

Miyuki and later, Mikoto finds out about the arranged marriage and aren’t too happy, but calms down after Touma explains everything.

So I got you for the Rune Factory secret Santa! What characters do you like in the series :3

From Rune Factory 4, my first RF game, I really loved Dylas and Leon! Dylas was the first route I took.

I got Rune Factory: Tides of Destiny afterwards, and I think like many, James was my favorite. Though I did like Mikoto as a character.

I haven’t played Rune Factory 5 yet, BUT, I love Murakumo’s and Ryker’s design! I’m excited to play when it’s released globally!!!

Activity Check

Two weeks have gone by, and the current activity period has ended! This post will be listing all of the characters who have and haven’t met their post requirements, as well as provide them with their pay and expenses for the last two weeks, so be sure to read this to collect/pay your bank, and to make sure whether or not your character is in danger of being dropped!

To pass, your character must have at least FIVE RP POSTS. Music, Money Posts, and Artwork don’t count for activity unless they have an RP component to them. If your character hasn’t met the post requirement, then they will fail. If they fail the subsequent check, then that character will be dropped from the Masterlist. Failed characters do not get the money bonuses from the Activity Check. Instead, they will only be awarded 500G and whatever expenses that applies to them (rent, commuter’s pass). Hopefully you’ll be able to keep up with your activity next go-round!

If you are a new arrival to the group (as in, you’ve joined during this activity period), then you will automatically pass. Additionally, if you are a new arrival and have made FIVE RP POSTS, then you will get full benefits of the check. If not, your character’s name will have a star next to it, and they will only get 1,000G for passing. This only applies to new arrivals that have been here for a majority of the activity period. If your character has joined in the week of the activity check, they will also be allowed full benefits. This also applies for people with hiatuses-- if you get off of hiatus and report back in within the week of the activity check, you will also be allowed a pass.

Rune Factory Ficlet

Lily/Mikoto: Established Relationship

Mikoto leaned against the beam underneath the awning of the inn, watching as the rain came down in sheets. It had been raining mercilessly for hours now, and although she knew she needed to resume her watch, there was no moving from the place she stood. Any person causing trouble for the island today would have to be much stronger of a warrior than she, so it truly didn’t matter anyway, she supposed. Nevertheless, it wasn’t horribly cold, the early spring unfurling into warmer days as the sun kept watch longer and longer each day. It would be summer soon, and she couldn’t say she disliked that.

She sensed someone behind her before she heard them, turning quickly with her hand to her sword before she realized who it was.

“Ah, Lily, you snuck up on me,” she said, dropping her stance.

“Only barely,” Lily smiled. “You’re too perceptive to sneak up on.” Mikoto’s cheeks burned with warm pride.

“To best serve the safety of this island,” she mumbled. Lily laughed, a sweet, gentle sound.

“I think the rain is doing that for you today,” Lily said, echoing Mikoto’s early thoughts. “It’s really coming down, isn’t it?”

“Yes. I cannot patrol when the mud is deeper than my knees.”

“That’s an exaggeration, isn’t it?” Lily chuckled. The face Mikoto pulled was enough to earn a genuine laugh from the other woman.

“Why don’t you come inside?” Lily offered. “Odette is making stew for dinner, I’m sure there’s enough for you as well.” There always was. Ever since Lily had started seeing Mikoto romantically, there was always enough for a fourth plate. It was nice, knowing she was accepted already as a member of the family.

The wind picked up for a second, blowing a whiff of Lily’s perfume across the small distance between them, mingling with the petrichor. Mikoto’s heart ached with the sweetness of it all. She missed having family, and Lily had been the best thing that had happened to her in a long, long time. Overcome, she stepped forward, into Lily’s arms and kissed her, slow and sweet, letting the sound of the falling rain drop below the sound of Lily’s heart. Her soft hand cupped Mikoto’s cheek, the other entwining her fingers with the young warrior’s callused ones. The kiss was a small eternity unto themselves, and when it ended it was with a promise of more to come. More kisses, more dinners, more family.

Lily sighed happily into Mikoto’s hair, wrapping her arms around the shorter woman.

“At least with all this rain, we’ll have plenty of flowers blooming soon,” she said, offhandedly. Mikoto smiled.

“Yes, I suppose we will,” she agreed. Lily let her go, motioning to the inn with her head.

“So, stew?” she asked. Mikoto nodded. Lily smiled bright enough to blind and flounced inside. Mikoto spared one last glance at the rain as it slowed to a trickle.

We’ll have plenty of flowers blooming soon.

It didn’t matter if they did, because Mikoto knew no flower would be as lovely as the one who she called hers.
