“that was at a show at the 9:30 club, where he'd roll around and throw himself off things, and it looked like it hurt a lot of the time. i don't think he was hurt in that picture, but i do think he was spent. i thought it was an interesting choice to put on the cover of repeater. guy made fun of it himself when it came out; he would tell people, “my ass is on the cover.” he might have been a little embarrassed, i don't know.” -jim saah on his shot that became the cover of fugazi’s repeater
Shipwreck’s Corner - With close to twenty years in the Army, Repeater never got any higher in rank than E-6. His performance in the field was always top-notch but he could never hack it in garrison. He's not a barracks soldier and never could be. But send him out in the bush beyond the farthest base camp, and you'll find that he's the one the other grunts want to soldier with; because he's the one who's going to bring the grunts back in one piece.
For the first time in three years, i finally get to do what i think is my very first PvZ-related digital artwork. In this case, i drew 5 plants from its sequel, PvZ 2, that i consider some of my favorites and based its cosmetics on the ones i own in the game itself. They are worth to use but that'll depend on how you should pair them. Repeater may still be easily outclassed by Fire Peashooter due to her dealing a better double damage than a Repeater though i still use him on occasion (usually to pair with Threepeater, Torchwood or Pea Pod [in rarer occasions]).
It is the last fully completed artwork i'll ever do in 2023.
