rolling on the floor and weeping bc i do not have the time in the day to sit down and work on art that takes concerted effort and thought (especially not now i have very recently learned i have until friday to get most of my stuff out of this house) i am playing a neverending game of "am i going to be able to pull this off or am i going to have to weigh up whether it'd be ruder to make commissions as artfight attacks or wait til august"

commission update!

so i've had my commission slots full for a while now, but just wanted to officially let you guys know that because of irl stuff keeping me pretty busy lately, once i finish this last one i will be closing my commissions again. this is likely not permanent (because i do genuinely enjoy doing them!), i'm just not sure how much time i'll have to do art in the near future.

also!!! i will be raising my commission prices a bit in the future—about a $10 increase for each option—since this is my only source of income at the moment. BUT i am going to try and open them again before then, so that anyone who wants to get them at the current lower prices will have a chance to. it's not guaranteed, but if i do reopen, will probably be some point between now and august.

Art Fight is nearly over 🥺 I always feel like I could have done more but honestly I think this is the year where I actually did a lot of pieces AND went outside my comfort zone by drawing backgrounds and altered perspectives more often.

Part of me really wishes AF was longer than a month but the other part of me is like well if that were the case I’d probably get burned out REALLY fast and lose all motivation jfndndn

I can draw people’s OCs year round and get paid for it so 😏
