He hadn’t said anything since he arrived at Maddy’s place. Perhaps he should of said something when he knocked on her door and just allowed himself to enter. But he had nothing to say, his mind just going over everything that had happened and trying to find a reason to it all. He just walked right past Maddy and found himself sitting in her room staring straight ahead for God knows how long. “Am I worth fighting for?” He now asks her, his hue finally connecting to Maddy’s as he asks this question. It wasn’t like Axel to second guess himself, he knew he was a catch, knew anyone was lucky enough to have him. But damn, when the person you love doesn’t choose you, shit really messes with your head and ego.

The blonde’s eyes must have blinked about five times as she stared at the drunk texts she didn’t even remember sending, her head leaning back against the wall of the elevator that was taking her up to her condo. Where her doorman said her friend was already waiting for her. Her head was pounding, her stomach was very far from feeling right. As the elevator dinged, she breathed out a small ‘fuck’ before stepping off the private elevator and into her condo. Where he was. Where he was waiting. Where he was waiting for her to tell him something. And here she was, barefoot with her heels in her hand and one of Aspen’s sweatshirts that was so big on her, you could barely tell she had her dress from last night on under it. “Not a word,” she said, bringing up a finger, “Not until you do that thing that makes this headache go away.” Then she let out a breath and shook her head, “The thing with your magic, Loki, not your tongue.”

Made good tips?” She struggled strapped her boots in but she was tired, and her long nails were not helping “Cian, can you just come down here and help me with my boots” @recklesseeker-x​

There weren't too many people who could do what Sage had done just now -- showing up unannounced and ordering his people to leave was something that would usually send Vlad into a fiery rage... and yet, he nodded only once to his progenies and the others in the room, indicating she was to be listened to, and he poured the both of them a drink as she practically floated across the room to him. "We knew it most likely wouldn't work, it's simply a starting point and nothing to be upset over." After handing her a glass full of alcohol and picking up one for himself, he tilted his head slightly in the direction of the only other person in the room, Fenris. "Go now and bring it to me quickly." With nothing more needing to be said, Fenris left the room with a few groans that had Vlad chuckling silently into his glass, relishing the taste of the alcohol before his dark eyes finally found Sage's. "Tell me what's happened."

She gladly accepted the glass and took a swig from it as she heard Vlad talking to one of his many followers. She knew she had to keep her emotions in check, as a witches magic feed off their emotions, so she knew she had to keep hers in check if she wanted to maintain control over her magic. No harm would ever be done to those that were in this room right now. "Turns out my parents didn't kill my little brother. Turns out he is alive. Still looks like his eighteen year old self. But he's here." She says to Vlad now before taking another drink from the bottle that he handed to her. "I know my family is horrid, I know they shouldn't even had children, except for maybe their precious Duncan. But if word gets out that I killed them? I highly doubt the coven is going to be pleased about it." Of course Sage had them trapped in the estate ever since she came back and decided enough was enough. As far as anyone was concerned, when Sage announced who she was, her parents had fled. Only people that she had told about Dorian were Ivar and Vlad, as they were her only friends that she trusted in her life.

There really was no sneaking around, not after being brought to life. Though she still did her best to quietly leave the room she had used to shower and get dressed. It felt insanely good to finally get out of that dress. She started pulling a sweatshirt over her head as she made her way out behind the house to where the garden was. If it weren’t for the frigid air, you might think it was the middle of May with how alive everything was. She hadn’t felt a connection to magic in months, all she wanted to do was be near nature. Pulling out her phone and taking a seat on one of the stairs of the porch, she cocked her head to the side when she felt him near. “You think it would be wrong if I just sent out a group text?” she asked, looking down at the phone Maddox’s sister made sure was part of her belongings, “Just like ‘yo, all good now’ or something?”

                           ✑  She could not be anymore grateful for Diego stepping in when she needed him. The events she was often invited to, unless she brought a date, she was hit on by old married man that she was not interested in entertaining. “Seriously, thank you for coming, I know this isn’t your scene but I couldn’t come alone and I also couldn’t not come” @recklesseeker-x​

He couldn’t stop staring at the guy. Of all places Axel wanted to come and have a drink he had to run into that guy. The guy, looked so happy and smug that it just had that rage inside of him building up that Axel’s bottle broke in his hand. He understood apart of him understood where Scarlett was coming from. She liked the guy, wanted to try with him. Didn’t mean that it didn’t hurt, especially when Axel had no idea that there was even a thing between Loki and Scarlett anymore, because fuck she never mentioned it. It just came out of fucking no where to him. “Fuck this.” Axel says to himself, pushing himself away from the table that he had been resting on. He was heading out the door, but his legs were taking him toward Loki, a fist was being made and Axel was pulling his arm back and then he was pushing it toward Loki’s jaw, feeling his knuckles hit his jawline, had adrenaline rushing through his veins.

He had kept to himself quite a bit since Ariel’s return. There were many reasons Eli was the way he was. He used to take V to take the edge off, this time he had to basically just shut himself off from everyone to reset from the grief he had soaked up. “Are you kidding me?” he asked the witch who had seemed to hunt him down, “We have everything we need. Right here.” He took the time to point out his minibar and stash of weed, the things that were safe for him. When the warlock looked back to his very much no-bullshit friend, he let out a sigh, “It was a lot, Maddy. I just... want the quiet to last a little bit longer, you know?”

Some of the people weren’t very nice to her, and then there was Cohen and his father. Cecilia just needed a time out, and shopping was the best medicine for her. And who better to bring with her than her good friend Maddy who had very good taste in fashion like she did? “The rule is to pick anything expensive that you like. No buts no hesitation. We’re going to go all out here.”

She was waiting outside the garage for Jett. He had asked her out for a drink and Dylan couldn’t turn down drinks. Perhaps she had come too early though because he was still working, and so Dylan found a crate to sit on and even some food and began to eat while waiting on him. When he finally emerged from the garage she was squinting in the light as she had turned her head to look at him. “Was this your lunch?” She asks, pointing down at the sandwich that she’d torn apart. “I got hungry.” She says, which was clear by the way she had been eating it.

“Here you’re going to need this.” Hawk explains to Diego as she was filling up a glass of wine for him to drink. Her hair flowing freely down her face and over her shoulders, while painted fingers gripped onto the cool glass, and the bottle of wine. Hawk wasn’t wearing makeup just yet, but she would eventually when she knew she had a plus one to this party that she was invited to. It wasn’t always Diego that she would have as her plus one. At times it was Wren, because that girl surprised her and she loved having her by her side. Though it was never her husband, he could go fuck himself for all she cared. “Because you my handsome friend, have a party to attend to, and I know how much you dislike going to these things.” She points out before he could grunt to her about what’s going on. “Now drink up. You have an hour to get a little happy before we’re heading out.”

Fenris was just out and about, not really trying to get to any place. He had gotten hungry so he had just finished eating when he bumped into a friend of his. It was amazing how quickly you could connect with people around here. Loki, was his type of guy. He was fun to be around and he had great games to play also. “The night is young, and I want some fun. Want to have some fun, mate?” Given that he spent most of his time down in the fight club, Fenris wanted to see something different. Plus he enjoyed that place with Mace. He made shit exciting.

She could see the girl in the corner giving her a look which had Kenna apologizing and walked away from the door only to look at a jar full of stuff she hadn’t seen before. “What’s this?” She asks Diego when he came over to her now, hoping he didn’t get annoyed at her distraction. “And what does it do if I mix it with something?”

Just a little outburst letting everyone know that Loki has slept with both his friend’s sisters, unfortunately pulling Ivy into whatever the fuck the drama was with Scarlett. But rather than focus on all that right now, she thought it might be best to just get him away from the little terror. “Hey,” she said came up next to him, calm as ever as her hand went to his, fingers lightly tracing shapes on the back of his hand, “I was going to find somewhere quieter while I nurse this headache. Wanna join me?”
