This is an old drawing I had done of the Baudelaires, coloured by my cousin yesterday. I wasn’t even going to post it, but I love how it turned out after the colouring, so here goes.

Drawing my childhood favourites: King Edmund the Just in The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian
It’s King Edmund, actually. Just king, though.
I rewatched the movie today and I just had to draw my absolute favourite - Edmund, who stole every single scene he was in. I love that guy with... a large portion of my heart.

An attempt at Varian in a more realistic style. This is the first time in a long while that I draw without a reference photo - and the first time I've tried to draw something in a different style from the original. Hope it turned out decently anyway.

As I said I would, I drew Anne, Diana and Cole from Aunt Jo's party in AWAE 2x7. I thoroughly enjoyed drawing their fantastic summer soirée looks.

Many people say your url says a lot about you, and that's true. But what about your queue tag? Please share the meaning behind your queue tags, I'm so curious!
I'll start: mine is queue're bigger than that and it's inspired by the TTS song Bigger Than That. I chose it because that song is an important part of my battle against my crippling phobias. And also because it it's a total bop!
So what's the story behind your queue tags?

AWAE 2x3 rewatch: thoughts and reactions
Wait, what was that cold open about? I’ve never seen one so short. Also, I’m worried. What would make Matthew ride into the night in such haste?
Ah, ink stains. Such a nuisance, just like I said in my reaction to the previous episode. Now she’ll have to start all over, and she hasn’t even got more paper, as far as I remember. Now what?
Oh, Anne is going to Josephine’s. This should be great!
Yes, think of the boarders… and maybe get rid of Nate while you can? I know they’re not going to do it, but it’s kind of nice to think they would have if they’d thought about it long enough.
A gun? What is it for? I’m scared. But I also fully expect the likes of Nate would have one at hand. And why was Matthew riding into the night in the cold open? I can’t stop thinking about this.
At least Dunlop is a nice guy, I think. I certainly hope so.
Anne’s quill… and Anne’s used paper. This is bad. I know it is.
Of course  he would talk badly of Dunlop after Dunlop went over to the other side. I’ve got no doubt the flask was, indeed, his.
Minnie May is such a mood. I, too, would want to be at Josephine’s as soon as possible.
See, I told you Nate was the drinker. I’ve got no idea what is in that flask, but it must be hard alcohol and I stand for none of that. Or the way he keeps treating Jerry. Seriously, that guy can take that flask and shove it [no swearing on main]… uh, somewhere the sun doesn’t shine.
And now he’s suggesting Jerry should be drinking too because he’s French and he’s poor? That’s just plain nasty.
“Sit with me, little froggy!” No, Jerry, don’t! You’ve got every right to say no, and also to report this guy to the nearest authority. He deserves the worst.
And yet, Jerry sits down next to that nasty devilish man and he forces him to drink that nasty booze. I can’t watch. I. Can’t. Watch!
Oh, poor Jerry is crying now! And he’s blaming himself for what happened back in season 1 with Nate. Well, yes, Jerry, you might have been able to run away then, but there’s not much hope of running away now. I’m just surprised at how Jerry managed to survive this and go on unfazed in season 3. He’s a true survivor, that one, just like his honorary sister Anne.
See how this sort of makes sense? If Jerry hadn’t lost the money (not his fault), then Nate wouldn’t be there now to traumatise him. This is a vicious cycle and it will be a while until Nate effs off.
“My son”… this warms my heart. These two deserve the best. I live and would die for Jerry and Matthew. Also, Nate doesn’t deserve Jerry’s tears. He’s nothing compared to Jerry and he can go to [no swearing on main] Hartford, Hereford and Hampshire.
Oh, now they may think. Jerry finally spoke up and Matthew is telling Marilla, because of course he would. Now they may think about leaving the boarders in, indeed.
“This gold business is a load of hogwash”. Once again, I am grateful there are people like Aunt Josephine who know and speak the truth about shady business. If it weren’t for her and poor traumatised Jerry, everyone would be ensnared by Nate’s fatal charms.
“He’s done his due diligence.” I just really like this sentence. I’m a big sucker for alliteration, so that might explain a thing or two.
Oh, they’re thinking they don’t need the boarders anymore. That’s a good thing. We’re finally heading in the right direction.
Minnie May recalling her illness and Anne’s onion remedy in the middle of a gold rush talk is everything. See, that illness and Anne helping her get over it is what restored DiAnne’s friendship, and that’s true gold right there.
The girls going out to investigate the gold rush of Cape Wolfe was setting up to be interesting, but I’m getting the feeling they’re not getting any information. Or are they?
Malcolm Frost seems to react to Nate’s name… could this be the key piece of information here? Let’s see.
So he tells Anne what I knew all along, and not because I’ve seen that episode before - there can’t have been any gold in the sample Nate showed Anne. This is the key piece of information, just as I suspected.
Anne seems to realise what the whole town should know - that Nate is a fraud and a dirty scoundrel. I hope this is over soon.
“Children have pure instinct. You should have trusted yourself.” Wise words spoken just a little bit too late. The whole town has given their money to Nate. This will be devastating. But at least Anne met a sort of kindred spirit in Mr. Malcolm Frost.
But of course no one would listen to them. And now Eliza is threatening to forbid DiAnne to fraternise once again.
Matthew has spoken, and the boarders will be leaving. I’m so glad to be about to be rid of Nate, but Dunlop seemed to be an honest guy with good intentions. And now Anne and everyone else associates him with that bastard. I can’t even watch.
Of course, the one person who believed Anne will not be able to even try and warn anyone else. Poor Anne and Marilla. I’m super confused about Dunlop, he seems honest in his affection for Anne, but Nate is… I’m at a loss for words to describe how awful he is.
Jerry seems to be trying to work his trauma off. But his reaction to the news about the boarders leaving speaks volumes, despite how tiny it was. He will be free to recover from what Nate did to him, and to improve his spelling and reading, and to just be happy. And once this gold rush thing is over and everyone somehow manages to pick themselves up after they gave their money to Nate, they will find a way to be happy, too.
Oh, no, not again! Once more, as if to bid him goodbye in the same way they met, Nate has Jerry on the ground. Wait, did Jerry not know Nate was the one who took the money from him? No wonder he waited so long to speak up. But now he knows. The pup has grown up and is biting back. Alas, the fight is uneven.
There it is. That’s what the gun was for. I’ve got to say I love this. Nate will pay, sooner or later. Dunlop was never the bad guy. It was always Nate alone. The dirty bastard! He deserves nothing but cruelty and punishment for what he’s done - to Jerry, to the poor people of Avonlea, to Dunlop, even. I hope he pays his dues.
“At least this time I tried to stop them.” Oh dear Jerry, you did much more out there. You stood up to your fears, to your trauma, to all Nate ever made you feel from the  moment you met up until now. You deserve all the praise in the world. My hat is off to you, although I’m not wearing any hat right now.
That’s it, there it is! There’s an ever so tiny smile on Jerry’s face after Anne tells him  how very brave he was, and that’s all that matters. One day the smile will be bigger. I’m going to be here, waiting for that day. For now, I’m just glad it’s all over with Nate living at Green Gables.
Hey, there’s Gilbert, opening that letter. Too bad it reached him after the gold rush was old news and soon to be proven a fraud.
Let’s sum up this episode: a worrying cold open; Anne and the Barrys go to Charlottetown to visit Aunt Josephine; the Cuthberts consider letting the boarders go; Dunlop is brought down to the bottom along with Scoundrel Nate; Minnie May is a mood; Nate is a monster who traumatises Jerry; Matthew calls Jerry “my son”; Aunt Jo knows what’s up; Anne meets a (sort of) kindred spirit who makes her see what I knew all along and encourages her to follow her instincts; in Matthew we trust - the boarders are out; Marilla believes Anne about Nate; Jerry finally recognises Nate; the pup bites back; Dunlop speaks up against Nate; Gilbert finds out about the “gold” in Avonlea.

My favourite Disney princesses 4/?: Anna
When Frozen first came out, everyone wanted to be Elsa. She had the cool powers and the ice castle and whatnot. I, however, identified with Anna's awkwardness, her love for chocolate and her loyalty to her sister despite their separation for so many years. She was always my favourite one of the two
