So since he's the source of my hyperfixation of course I'm gonna talk abt him mostly but uh. I really liked Wallace's personality in the anime?

It's different from the comic and the movie, that's for sure, they ramped up the snarkiness by 11 compared to the previous iterations, but idk. He's a fun character to watch despite the changes

I Do have my grips with it don't get me wrong (his lack of involvement from a certain plot point of the story is disappointing) but I dunno. Maybe my opinion will change overtime- but I'd rather treat anime wallace as a different character from y'know. movie/comic wallace if that makes any sense

Wallace Wells is Scott Pilgrim's cool gay roommate; they met in college. Although he and Scott are just friends, they share a double bed (as they cannot afford two seperate beds), while living together, nearly all of the furniture in their apartment was owned by Wallace. While he jokingly shows interest in Scott on several occasions, Wallace is almost always seen to be in a relationship with many other male characters throughout the series. Wallace is very open about his homosexuality, and almost always displays a snarky yet easy going personality. While Wallace does make fun of his friends, namely Scott, he is shown to have a genuine sense of care towards them, expressed most prominently through his hatred of Envy Adams on Scott’s behalf. When his and Scott’s landlord gave them notice to move out, Wallace encouraged Scott to take his relationship with Ramona Flowers to the next level of maturity. Later he reveals that he has already signed a lease with his boyfriend Mobile so he is not available to be Scott's roommate even if Scott can't mature. His character is based on real-life Beguiling Manager Chris Butcher, who was Bryan Lee O'Malley's former roommate.

ALRIGHT first of all I find mobile and wallace to be very cute together, but I wish they had more development, the relationship kinda feels like a plot point more than anything

Favorite pairing with him? with Stephen lol. Because 1) he's also one of fav characters 2) I've seen fanarts of it that forever altered my brain chemistry

I never used to cry so much unless I was exhausted but it’s two days in a row and I’ll be fine one second and then it hits me like “Oh right, we’re missing this bit of ourselves” ;A; 

I was super opposed to getting another dog but everyone’s talking about getting one (my sister who can barely keep track with making appointments for her dog, and my dad) and it’s totally fine, everyone else can get a dog. But now there’s a tiny voice that’s like hey, we can get a dog too but not right away and it honestly feels like such a betrayal contemplating this only months after having lost my grumpy dog. I just really miss him and I’m thinking about all the all-nighters I’ve done and had his grumpy face looking at me like “can we go to bed now??” even though I told him he could sleep but he absolutely refused until I went to bed. 

I hate night time now. And I’m absolutely terrified that once I move out I’m going to be a mess that my boyfriend has to deal with. I’m really not okay, I’ve been putting off the grieving process because I did that and then I was fine but every now and then the sense of loss is so profound and it spikes out of nowhere like I was just laughing and joking a few hours ago and all I did just now was revise my bio for a paper I’m publishing and I added a dedication at the end and my face is wet. 

my ADHD is so fuckin annoying i'm 'watching' a youtube video and listening to a new album and going back and forth between like 6 apps at once i need to sleep!
