Wow it’s almost like selfcare is what is best for the self and not what others on the internet tells you it is
#just been feeling down about the state of the world rn#not really where I imagined being rn#but for once I wasn’t like ……….. let me sit on the internet even tho it feels worse#let me do what YouTubers say to do…….. like yoga and meditating#which I usually do#I never really follow what I need but expect other peoples thoughts to be better than my own#gave into myself that’s what I needed#moved my cabinets around and made myself a little tea cupboard#put some Lofi on and put rosemary and eucalyptus in my essential oil diffuser#idk it feels a little better#going to give M some orange slices
