Hi sierra! I'm going to be competing in psicocomp next week and I was wondering if u have any advice on how to mentally prepare myself and anything in particular to train (tho by the time u read this it'll prob be too late to physically train anything). Im used to the competition aspect as I've competed as a youth for several years but nothing like this, I'm super excited but also very scared!

Psicocomp is definitely an experience! The best advice I can give you is to have fun and don’t let any fear of falling impact your climbing.
