Trying a simpler shading style to make these weapon designs go faster. Still slowly making my way through my prop/weapon design prompt list - I'll end up finishing them one way or another even if it takes a long while.

Also brought back the old layout. Just feel it presents nicer on some platforms.

Swordtember blade no. 5: Fairy

Working on some weapon designs for fun and a bit of prop/weapon practice. Riffing alot off Brian Matyas' designs from the Mandalorian.

More visual development from Netflix's "Back to the Outback:" we spent quite a bit of time ideating on this design of a lookalike leaf gag that Nigel (designed/painted by someone else) would encounter as the crew made their way through the forest towards the Bungle Bungles, but ultimately it ended up getting OOPed (out-of-picture'd). The challenge of this design was to use naturalistic materials that would be in that environment while still creating an immediately recognizable silhouette of Nigel - all while still keeping it fun. As you can see, we tried many solutions - this isn't even all of them!

One of my favorite #propdesign s from season 1 was also a #vehicledesign ! I was tasked with designing a carriage for a mysterious character in episode 2. While not as iconic as the Black Carriage (tm) I still wanted it to have a sinister presence, while retaining the look of a Torrborran design that had been commandeered and abused by Fangs. I wanted to share a really fun project I worked on for abc’s show @therookiefeds ! I had the opportunity to create a fake series of “famous” children’s books that were showcased as props on Rookie FEDS.
