How long have you been in the CS/OUAT fandom?

Only about a year.

When did you start shipping Captain Swan?

Since the first time Hook was on screen (only about a year for me).

What drew you to this event?

I've always been obsessed with paranormal romance and I adore this fandom and want to be more active in it. 

What inspired your topic?

It started with knowing I wanted to write Vamp Killian and a magical Emma and mixed with a book that I've been obsessed with over the last year.

Emma’s skin prickled either in response to his words or perhaps to the warmth of his lips brushing the shell of her ear as he spoke, she wasn’t sure. Either way, she doubted that she was going to be able to resist him much longer. His piercing blue eyes searched her own for any sign that she would not allow him to pursue her, a sensual smirk tugged at his lips when he found none.

Charcoal is my happy place but I also like sketching on Procreate.

I've done some Beta work for Kazzy's CS fics. Any other beta work I've done has been a long while ago for my bestie back when we wrote Twilight and LotR fics in MS. 

What are you looking forward to most about participating in this event?Reading everyone else's stories!!

This took me WAY longer than I thought it would. I started this group back in December, and only now just completed it ^^

I’ll be showing them off in the order I finished them along with some info on each character c:

🏙 Reshiram 🏙

She’s not as complex as the rest of the batch because she started off as just a headshot test and practice for drawing humans ^^’ then everything else kinda just got more complex. Her design is more of a work in progress than the rest.

She’s a living lie detector :)

🎆 Palkia 🎆

She took a LONG time to draw and is probably the most complex. Sorta. She’s also probably one of the first gijinkas I’ve designed so her design is pretty solid for now. She’s based off of Roman gladiators and Valkyries. Palkia is also a total jock with a short fuse that constantly gets in fights with her brother, Dialga. She’s kinda a loud idiot but that’s okay. She’s also very rash and tends to act before thinking. Will kick down doors and attempt to put brother in a headlock. Probably chugs sport drinks and punches drywall. Will challenge poor unfortunate souls into doing arm wrestling matches. Has very strong opinions on science fiction. (Stuff with space is superior!) Curses like a sailor and likes to get creative with insults. Cannot organize things at all. Room probably looks like a bomb went off. Has the worst handwriting in her family. Middle child and the shortest out of her siblings. Is uncomfortable around Giratina but feels bad about it.

🌄 Giratina 🌄

Giratina’s another one that I’ve had designed for a while and am pretty happy about it! I tried to give her a more inhuman and unsettling appearance (gaunt features, pale skin, sunken eyes, long limbs, digitigrade legs, four arms, etc) She’s pale from the lack of sunlight and her hair is borderline uncontrollable. It’s in a constant state of poofy rat’s nest.

Believe it or not, she’s probably the friendliest out of her family despite her off putting demeanor. She completely lacks social skills and is still trying to learn how to speak normally after being locked away for eons. She’s best friends with a Shaymin and has gardening as a hobby. She just really wants friends :( She likes stupid paranormal shows and animated movies. Not violent at all unless provoked. Absolutely fascinated by car windows and toasters. She’s the second tallest and the “baby” out of her family. She wishes to have better relations with her siblings and parent but struggles :(

🌺 Shaymin 🌺

Shaymin. Oh boy Shaymin. So with her I was wanting to do something completely different from the usual Lolita and cutesy based gijinkas. So I made her a punk :) Shay acts like she eats nails for breakfast and isn’t afraid to fight god. She’s short but by god, she’s going to go for the kneecaps. She has a nasty temper and is very protective of her strange noodly demon bestie. Taught her how to garden. She’s loud, argumentative, and ‘Tina’s siblings are probably more scared of her than the Terror of The Distortion World. Does not do well in cold weather. She rides a motorbike, and is the one who generally drags ‘Tina around to get her used to the normal world. Big fan of slasher films and loud aggressive music. Loves nature and is generally enthusiastic about funky plants.

Very short. Very aggressive. Wears stud covered platform boots.

🪐 Arceus 🪐

Oh boy. Arceus.

He was VERY hard to design but I think I’m happy with the results. For now. I wanted him to look somewhat regal and nasty, and not exactly human.

He’s a major asshole, prick, and elitist, and is petty to the highest degree. Got offended whenever someone suggests that he should go to an anger management class. Probably a Karen. He’s the type to wear a fluffy bathrobe while drinking box wine on a lawn chair on the porch to look scornfully at the neighbors whenever they get too close. Not a great parent. (Loves his gaggle of goblins in his own strange way) Kinda hates everyone. Rude. VERY VERY short temper. VERY stubborn. He’s short and is going to make it everyone else’s problem. (Refuses to just... change his height himself. ‘Cause he’s some primordial creation entity. He just... doesn’t) He woke up one morning and just chose violence. takes great pride in his creations. Awful taste in music. No sense of style. Cant dance. He’s offputting and unsettling to be around because he has a very “off” feeling about him. Really really likes to get the upper hand on others. There are a f e w times when he actually acts like a decent person. Likes to put an air of regality onto him even though he’s a total train wreck. Wears three to four inch heels.

🌌 Dialga 🌌

DIALGA. I also wanted to do something different with him! So I made him a nerd. He likes to take things apart and put them back together. Especially clocks. He’s more level headed than his sisters and has a longer fuse than Palkia. But he’s also very stubborn. He’s a total workaholic and perfectionist. He doesn’t sleep much and can be a nervous wreck whenever he’s behind on whatever schedule he runs on. He gets into fights with his younger sister a LOT and will often try to use her as a lab rat. They’re sorta like Yzma and Kronk. But he’s less diabolical and Palkia’s more aggressive. Like Palkia, He also has very strong opinions on science fiction (Stuff with time travel is WAY better!) he’s also very organized if not organized chaos. He wears a heavy pair of boots that one could hear from a mile away. Think large goth boots with metal in the soles somewhere. Also a metal head. He will blast loud metal or rock music (sometimes more classic rock. Depends on the mood) as he works on whatever insane project he decided to tinker on. He has a large collection of very cursed socks. Somewhat poor eyesight. Generally easier to get along with than Palkia who’s more abrasive. He tends to think more before acting upon things. Probably runs on entirely coffee and energy drinks. B A D taste in fashion. But not worse than Palkia. Likes to read. Not very good handwriting. Tends to bump his head on doorframes. Will walk into things if lost in thought. The tallest out of his family and the oldest out of his sisters. He’s somewhat afraid of ‘Tina.

✨Ephemeral Moments✨

Sometimes, when your OCs can’t be besties, you give them a fleeting moment with one another instead. I do realize that aside from the Tooka backpack, there’s very little indication that this is Star Worms (and maybe it’s for the best lol), but I also love the idea of OCs being normal people doing normal shit. This was also an excuse for me to fuck around on procreate instead of packing for my move out of state. I’m still learning and practicing, but here they are. ✨

On the left, holding the backpack is @luladoll ‘s OC Halla. Halla’s in Hailey’s wonderful and beautifully written Tech/OC fic, “Return to Sender”, which I will keep plugging until Hailey tells me to shut the fuck up and leave her alone forever. Thank you for letting me draw her (and her backpack)!

On the right, we have my OC, Rania and her mom, Tazzia. They’re both in my own fic but I’m not gonna plug that bc the idea of doing self promo for that fic on this post actually makes me wanna vom. But it’s my first time drawing Tazzia and I’m happy with how she came out. I also like the little mommy-and-me thing Tazzia and Rania have going on with their outfits.

So what went on here? I like to think that Rania took notice of the backpack. Halla, despite her shyness, decided to play peek-a-boo using the creature’s arms—much to little Rania’s delight. The train ride home was longer than usual, so Tazzia and Halla struck up a conversation. Tazzia, upon learning Halla was studying Interplanterary Law and Relations, was fascinated. Halla had been worried about what Tazzia might say to her regarding the subject of clones. Thankfully, Tazzia was incredibly receptive. It certainly wasn’t something she heard very many people advocating for. Halla learned that Tazzia had graduated from the University of Coruscant only a couple of years before. She’d studied botany, but instead of continuing her education, she worked at a plant nursery. Meanwhile, Tazzia’s husband, Uriah, was still attending UoC, where he was getting his advanced degree in engineering. Tazzia added that he had been offered a job with the Coruscant Department of Transportation upon graduating. Halla’s heart was warmed by how proud Tazzia was of him. Halla hoped, in her heart of hearts, that someone she loved would speak about her the way Tazzia spoke about her husband one day.

Eventually, Tazzia and Rania arrived at their stop. Halla used the tooka’s little arm to wave them goodbye. The conversation, brief as it was, eased her loneliness. If only for a moment.

It’s a strange and sad thing, that in less than a year, Halla and Tazzia’s plans, hopes, and dreams for the future would be shattered by the Empire.

Some slightly older personal concepts for a cat design I was doing w/ my friend on ig :] we were making cat besties but mental health nosedived and I left Instagram before I actually showed them anything to do with the design :[ keeping my hopes up that we’re still friends if I return and we can eventually draw them together. I remember reworking the design for a couple of weeks on and off but I ended up scrapping it cos I was emo insecure abt the way it was turning out. I feel like I only ever like the things I draw in retrospect, I have to leave them for a couple months and come back w fresh eyes to like them enough to post them…. Absence makes the heart grow fonder I guess, definitely doesn’t make the ig social media red heart grow fonder though

I have some of the other more finished sketches that feature the longer haired more lion esque design that I ended up going with but I didn’t add them to this cos I wanna clean them up and finalise some more of the design before I post them. Prob will just rot in procreate purgatory for a month before I inevitably feel like shit reminisce abt how much better my old art used to be and then post it as an example. bruh imagine just being happy w urself

Okay, bare with me now: 1. I love that your so nice to everyone, and that you don't mind people having differing views than you (i.e. OTP views), 2. I feel like Caroline's going to The Originals for reasons other than Klaroline, like to promote her own spinoff and because Julie and Phoebe like having her around, 1/?

3. In all honesty, I don't believe that Caroline coming to The Originals means that Klaroline will happen. Like at all. If Caroline gets her own spinoff, Klaus would just be a side character, assuming that The Originals gets canceled after Season 5, and that seems unlikely, 4. I think that if Caroline and Hayley do end up becoming besties in the ten year gap, it'd be really hard on their friendship for them to be together, because 2/?5. Haylijah is most definitely over, which just means that the writers are going to have some Klayley chemistry (and I say this not because I ship them, but because time and time again the TVD/TO writers and Julie have done this same exact thing), and that would mean Caroline choosing between her friendship with Hayley and a relationship with Klaus, and 3/?6. When given the choice between Caroline and Hayley, it seems like he would choose Hayley in a heartbeat, as a result of him missing out on Hope's childhood, which also brings up 7. I kinda feel like the writers would end the show with another Klayley child (or a child of Klaus with literally anyone else) to bring the show full circle from the beginning, and show how much Klaus and the family has grown. Anyway, thoughts (on my thoughts?)? 4/4 (I think... I kinda lost track)

Hi! I just don’t see the worth of yelling at each other when we can just talk like normal human beings. 

I pretty much disagree with pretty much everything you said. First and foremost, why would there be a Caroline spin-off? There had been zero talks about that. Like none. If there is another spin-off then there would one for Hope most likely not Caroline. Second of all, I don’t know how the finale tomorrow is gonna go because I don’t read leaked spoilers and I really hope you didn’t just accidentally spoil me. But in any case, I don’t see why Caroline would have to choose between her friendship with Caroline and her relationship with Klaus. Klaus and Hayley are beautiful, I love them so, so much. But I never got the sense that the writers ever intended to go in that direction with them. Even with Haylijah being over, that does not automatically mean Klayley will happen. Bringing in Caroline, on the other hand, to not make Klaroline happen is insane and makes no sense, since the finale of TVD, something that IDK why is not being brought up here pretty much spelled that there is a story there between Klaus and Caroline. It said it’s the beginning of another story. Like IDK if the writers are smoking enough stupidity for this to not be romantic SL. Klaus choosing Hayley because he missed Hope’s childhood is..... an odd argument to make, to say the least. This is neither here nor there. How is him choosing Hayley have anything to do with missing Hope’s childhood?? i don’t understand the connection here,, really. I personally think an ending with another Klayley baby would be a terrible idea. In my head it’s just a really awful ending. But besides that, Hayley is a hybrid now, can she have babies? I don’t think so. Also, the writers gave an explanation that Klaus can no longer procreate. Technically speaking, that explanation does not make much sense, something like a magical surgery of some sort that was never really shown in TO but that tells me that the writers are not thinking about another baby for klayley or Klaus. 

Bottom line is that, for me, I don’t know why we’re already arguing about this. We have a solid 8 months or so hiatus, first and foremost, to speculate over this. The finale hadn’t even aired. Our information about the direction of the season is nonexistent beside the time jump, so really there are literally zero spoilers that might guide any theories in any way. And I’m a LOT more concerned about tomorrow’s finale and the future of the Mikaelsons than I’ll ever be about whether it’s klayley or klaroline.
