You spin around to see your boyfriend who was holding his phone up to your face. 2 inches from your nose you see a little cat

“Oh my god Foolsssss, it’s so cute, gah! You know I want a cat sooo bad- quit teasing me.”

“That’s the thing, she’s up for adoption. Punz contacted the owner and they’re moving to a no pet’s apartment unexpectedly and can’t keep her.”

“Oh- the poor thing, why are you telling me”

“Do you want to adopt her?”

You froze for a moment before squealing.

“OMG OH. MY. GOD. YES! YES PLEASE! PLEASE PLEASE BUBBA”

“Hey hey, we can actually go pick her up in two days, the owner wants to see that we have all the right stuff so we’re gonna go buy everything for her tomorrow and set up”

“Ohhhh my god babe, oh my god! I’ve wanted a cat since I was little! We’re getting a kitty!!”

He hugged you and Punz walked in, you ran up to him and jumped into his arm.

“We’re getting a kitty!!”

Punz pulled you into a deep kiss before pulling away

“We are”

He smiled at your giddiness before setting you down. You’re work was finished with a huge smile on your face
