Google Chrome Canary
Windows macOS Linux iOS Android Chromeのベータ版という位置づけのブラウザ。
Chromium
Windows macOS Linux Chromium Projectの一つ。Chromeの基となるプロジェクト。Windowsで使用する場合、開発版であることからユーザーデータのディレクトリを明示的に分けておかなければならない。ショートカット先の実態が入り交じり、Chromiumを起動しているつもりがGoogle Chromeが起動するなどの弊害が発生する可能性がある。
Iridium browser
Windows macOS Linux
サードパーティCookieを一切食わないという特徴があるブラウザ。 一度しか使わないPCなどで活用する際はこのブラウザを使うとよい。仕事用にも使える。日本の一般的な回線でダウンロードしようとするとやたら遅く時間がかかるため、さくらのレンタルサーバなどで一度curlなどしてからすると良い。
macOS版もLinux版もある。
SRware Iron
Windows macOS Linux Googleが収集しているというデータを取得しないように改修を行ったブラウザ。 ただし、そのデータが何であるかは詳しくわかっていない人が多いと思われる。 macOS版、Linux版もあるが、ダウンロードはやや面倒。これも踏み台を作って置くと良い。
Kinza
Windows macOS Chrome派生だが日本製。Dayzという会社でメンテナンスを行っている。RSS feedの購読、マウスジェスチャのビルトイン、サイドバーがウリである。
Vivaldi
Windows macOS Linux ChromeExtensionが使えるようになってからようやく使いやすくなった感じはある。ただし、一部の拡張機能はAPIが違うからかChromeと同じ挙動にはならない。テーマはChromeのものは使えないが、オリジナルのカラーテーマは自分で作ることができる。

独自のAdBlockシステムをビルトインしたブラウザ。更に、Chrome Extensionも自���にインストールすることはできない。一部のExtensionのうち、パスワードマネージャ・BitTorrentマネージャ・クーポン・Ethereumアプリ・PDF・Pocketリーダーのみがビルトインされており、使うことができる。それ以外はインストールすることができない。
Comodo Dragon

Comodo社が開発しているChrome派生ブラウザ。ベースバージョンは58とやや古いビルドになっていたが、いまさっき(2018年6月4日)見たら66.0.3359.117になっていた。他のブラウザのエンジンバージョンが混じっているかもしれない。DNSを使う点に於いて、ComodoのDNSを使用するかどうかを選択することができるため、意図しない・またフィッシングや詐欺サイトの表示などをブロックすることができるようだ。
ただ、インストール時に入ってくる拡張機能は消して良いかも知れん。mac版はない。

Windows Comodoの作った役に立つんだか立たないんだか微妙なブラウザ。立ち位置はComodo Dragonと同じで、Windows版のみ開発されている。ぶっちゃけそろそろ存在理由が問われる。
