Persona 4 likes to be parodied (not often enough imo but still) with Ringu/The Ring/Sadako/Samara because of the whole going in and out of the TV aspect.

Persona 5 has a character named Cihaya Mifune, she was based off of a real life "psychic" named Chizuko Mifune.

One of the influences for Sadako from Ringu was Chizuko Mifune (for the psychic inspo).

I dunno it feels like we're coming full circle, like a ring you could say. ;U But I dunno what to do with this info. ;U
