From Seed to Harvest this blog is June’s list of plants and how long they take to grow before needing to be harvested. Time to transplant the coffee plant or coffee plants. There are seven coffee plants in this one little pot. If they stay in this pot together they won’t survive, they need more room to grow. I planted them each in separate and will transplant them to bigger ones when they are ready.

Our seed order got here faster than we thought it would and we had no way to keep them warm while they germinate. Luckily there is a broken wine cooler here that works wonderfully for keeping the seeds warm and humid. We call this city gardening! Found some really nice looking vegetables at a local market near by. There was even thick sliced mozzarella! So far we have found good and plants and now we are going to start looking for seeds and things to start them with. There is no yard or garden here but we are still going to start our seeds so that when we move we are ready.
