I’ve decided that I want to start collecting flags. but only from countries that
1. I’ve been to
AND
2. can sing the anthem of.
I’ve got a German and a Canadian flag. others that I should but don’t yet have (in order of how much I want them):
Wales
Sweden
Norway
Belgium
Italy
Switzerland
France
Austria
Spain
England
#ollie's log#fun with flags#fun with anthems#and I mean big flags that I can wrap myself in#(don't have that for germany - that one's small but enough for me)#I should really go to scotland and guernsey#and finally learn the lyrics of the portuguese anthem#though I'm not sure if I really wanna count portugal since I've only been to porto santo and madeira and not the mainland#I'm not counting denmark because I've never spent a night there#only transited through it on our way to sweden#other countries that seem doable in the near(er) future are#liechtenstein and finland and iceland and monaco (just have to go there)#and the netherlands (just have to learn the anthem)
