While both of the mutilator films done by Eric Fogel are pretty raw in terms of content and violence, you can definitely tell the 2nd mutilator film done in 1992 has more improvement in terms of animation & art.

Both films are pretty good and I hope Fogel’s mutilator series eventually gets made.
