Series 9 Post 7: MEENA

Meena is Meena, I don't have any specific way to describe her.  🌸

The flower that I decided to match with her is the pink rose. ✨

This flower is often associated with romance and love, and is a classic symbol of feminine beauty and grace. This rose can also represent gratitude, appreciation and sympathy, and can be used to express the most sincere feelings to a friend or family member.

Series 6 Post 3: Goddess of good cheer, joy, chastity and mirth; Euphrosyne was one of the Charites, known in ancient Rome as the Gratiae (Graces). She was sometimes called Euthymia or Eutychia.

🌸 According to Hesiod, Euphrosyne and her sisters Thalia and Aglaea were daughters of Zeus and the Oceanid Eurynome. Alternative parentage may be Zeus and Eurydome, Eurymedousa, or Euanthe; Dionysus and Kronois; or Helios and the Naiad Aegle. In some accounts, Euphrosyne was a daughter of the primordial gods, Erebus (Darkness) and Nyx (Night). 🌸 Her name is the female version of a Greek word euphrosynos, which means "merriment". The Greek poet Pindar states that these goddesses were created to fill the world with pleasant moments and good will. Usually the Charites attended the goddess of beauty Aphrodite. In art, Euphrosyne is usually depicted with her sisters dancing. 🌸 She is depicted with the other two Graces, Aglaea and Thalia, at the left of the painting in Botticelli's Primavera. The sculptor Antonio Canova made a well-known piece in white marble representing the three Graces, in several copies including one for John Russell, 6th Duke of Bedford. 🌸 Euphrosyne is a goddess of mirth, joy, chastity and cheerfulness. Series 5 post 25: With his shy smile and unquestionable gallantry, this young pachyderm has broken through the hearts of many... One above all!

Yet who would ever say, seeing him so radiant and determined in his sweet career, that even this creature has small physical defects?

Born with small deformities this boy behind that smile and honey look, hides a lot of insecurity and pain.

Because although he perfectly knows how to hide these defects, the awareness that they exist does not help him feel really happy.

Why did he embark on a career as an ice cream maker? Because by doing so he would have made thousands of people happy and, consequently, he too would have been.

Yes, but what defects are we talking about?

The least serious, for him, is the shorter tail than the norm.

What embarrasses him most, however, is the absence of toes, a condition with which he was born and has penalized him throughout his childhood.

Now that he is a young adult, he has understood that it is not the aesthetic problems that determine his person but, at the time, they penalize him on extra-work relationships.

Only when Meena arrived and that love at first sight did the young man find safety and also happiness.

Series 5 post 5: The only thing that penalizes Meena is shyness and insecurity.

We could also notice a big change in her on the side of her pride in her.

We see her safer, we always see her awkward true, but, in any case, definitely more open and vaguely cheeky.

We see that she has learned to recognize her fears of hers, look them in the face and face them firmly, albeit always on tiptoe.

Even her most personal clothing has changed favoring more colorful and less dark and containing outfits... that Alfonso has the magic touch?

Series 2 post 13: If for Meena it was love at first sight, for me it was tenderness. Adorable, awkward, shy and... perfectly capable of breaking into anyone's heart thanks to her personality and her ice cream. ❤❤
