third playthru antics so far involve gale agreeing to the hag's bargain and getting his eye fucked up in the process <3 and tbh i actually think this is the funniest possible choice they could make as a party since they all dismiss ethel's "netherese magic BLEUGH" reveal as just a symptom of gale already having that shit in his system. like its too much of a coincidence for something so ancient and mythic to happen TWICE to the SAME random guy so theyre all like yeah no shit !!!! gale is the netherese guy !!!! we knew that like a week ago idiot !!!!! foresight is not a gift im givng these people i am so sorry king </3

so glad those high roller eps have traced a vague outline of the gang's attitude towards imps bc lily has a worstie imp familiar who's potentially dumber than bing bong but also much more flame resistant so it arguably balances out ?

im in agony inbetween TWO lily playthroughs while still having no idea wtf is going on with her !! i Know her i Love her and yet one intergral part of her (that being, the POINT of her) is not clicking :) hate it here

i know ive been gone soooo unbelievably long for the 17th time but i actually have no choice but to come back and post because im like 60 hours into my 2nd playthru with the same oc and only just know realized how absolutely perfect she is as durge. and now ive lost all interest in this playthru bc its no longer canon compliant in my head. whats wrong with me

EXACTLY I LOVE USELESS QUEENS <3 lily went for her patron's pact bc she quite literally wouldnt have survived even the trip from the underdark to the surface otherwise 😶 and considering that the scale of her ambitions will also inevitably involve provoking the full wrath of lolth, her natural 17 charisma is just not going to cut it im sad to say :(

#oc: lilithira #i wanted her background to tie into the theme all the other origins have - power vs autonomy #and from there her background has kind of molded itself astarion's ghost of christmas future lol #shes literally his (slightly) less fucked up ascension route. ie she traded her autonomy for power and lost so much of herself #that she can barely even bring herself to regret it #all she does know is that she doesnt want to see him or anyone repeating her mistakes #but idk. im also underselling her. combat uselessness aside her skills are 10000% charisma/intelligence #so even without her pact she's still amassed so many contacts and IOUs that maaaaaaybe it could balance out?#but still. casting eldritch blast for good measure <3
