Untuk melengkapi sistim yang digunakan oleh suatu pasangan dipandang perlu untuk melengkapi dengan konvensi tertentu terutama yang sangat popular. Salah satu konvensi yang popular adalah Multi 2D dimana pembukaan 2D menunjukan Weak di salah satu warna major. Atau dengan kata lain bisa weak two H tapi juga bisa weak two S. Kenapa menjadi popular karena dengan konvensi ini biasanya pembukaan weak two major harus menggunakan dua bid 2H dan 2S sekarang hanya cukup dengan satu bid, yaitu 2D. Saking populernya sampai World Bridge Federation mengeluarkan secara khusus Multi 2D dari kategori “Brown Sticker Convention” yang pada turnamen tertentu konvensi yang masuk kategori ini dilarang untuk digunakan. Akibatnya banyak pengguna sistim standart memanfaatkan konvensi ini sehingga pembukaan 2H dan 2S digunakan untuk weak two suiter H atau S plus minor. Kerugiannya hanyalah tidak bisa buka weak two D tapi menurut penggunanya ini sepadan keimbang hanya menggunakan 2D sebagai weak two D, Hal ini akan menjadi berbeda buat pengguna sistim Precision karena akan merusak kerangka sistim sehingga perlu dipikirkan mana yang cocok untuk digunakan. Buat pengguna Precision pembukaan 2D digunakan untuk pegangan 3 suiter singleton atau void D. Penulis pernah menggunakan konvensi ini tapi harus merombak struktur sistim Precision. Bisa saja pembukaan 3 suiter singleton atau void D dibuang tapi membuat pembukaan 1D menjadi berat bebannya. Sebagai contoh, pengguna sistim Precision yang bermain weak NT otomatis pembukaan 1D menjadi minimal 4 lembar. Sedangkan yang menggunakan versi strong NT maka pembukaan 1D minimal 2 lembar. Kalau ngotot mau memakai pembukaan Multi 2D konsekwensinya pembukaan 1D menjadi bisa nol lembar D. Ini akan menimbulkan banyak masalah nantinya. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, penulis memilih untuk memindahkan pembukaan 2D menjadi 2H. Dengan demikian pembukaan 2S bisa dimanfaatkan untuk two suiter S + yang lain weak. Tapi ada lagi persoalan lain menyangkut ketika kita memilih konvensi forcing notrump response over 1 major. Dimana masalahnya? Masalah muncul ketika opener pegang 5 kartu H + 4 kartu S dan 2-2 di minor. Opener buka 1H partner response 1NT F1. Opener akan kesulitan rebid karena tidak ada 3 lembar minor. Rebid 2H salah karena harus 6 kartu. Rebid 2S salah juga karena minimum. Salah satu yang penulis pernah pilih untuk mengatasi masalah ini adalah konvensi yang dibuat oleh salah seorang pakar bridge Gabriel Chagas dari Brazil. Khusus pembukaan 1H maka forcing NT ditukar menjadi 1S sedangkan 1NT menjadi forcing dengan 5+ kartu S. Dengan cara ini maka opener dengan 5 kartu H + 4 kartu S ketika buka 1H dan partner response 1S maka opener akan rebid 1NT menunjukan pegangan 5 kartu H + 4 kartu S tidak harus 4522, Dengan demikian rebid 2C atau 2D bisa 3 kartu tapi khusus pegangan 5332. Satu lagi pilihan yang pernah penulis lakukan adalah pembukaan 2H bukan hanya 3 suiter pendek D tapi bisa juga pegangan Flannery atau pegangan 5 kartu H plus 4 kartu S. Pilihan ini membuat kita tidak perlu menggunakan Forcing Notrump Response versi Gabriel Chagas. Bagi yang mungkin berminat, ini versi yang penulis gunakan dengan menggunakan Multi 2D dan bermain Sistim Precision.
