PERSONAL UPDATE : CALL ME NOELS !

i've decided that in public-facing online contexts going foward, i will be using an alias. so from now, please refer to me as noels ( pronounced 'noles' ) !

this is mainly so i put a bit more distance between my personal life & online life, as well as basic internet safety. to clarify, this isn't to do with identity reasons. i am still perfectly comfortable with my actual name, so mutuals & friends are still more than welcome to continue using my real name in DMs & servers !

i have been thinking about taking on an online pseudonym for a while now, but wasn't sure if it'd be weird to suddenly adopt one after going by my real name for so long. so shoutout to nimue / hanzajesthanza for making a post on their pseudonym recently, since it really helped me rationalise this for myself !

( sidenote : i'm still testing this name out so don't be surprised if i end up changing the spelling or switching to something else haha )

▸ what programs / tools do you use ? i mainly work in adobe photoshop cc, using a huion kamvas 16 (2021) pen display. ( current brush ) ▸ can i use your work for my ___ ? – icon / banner : yes, as long as it is not someone else’s commission. ask if unsure. you must credit me in your bio / desc / pinned post. – phone / pc wallpaper : yes ofc, no need to ask ! – rp faceclaims / graphics : character-dependent, please check with me first. ▸ are you taking commissions ? no, my commissions are closed indefinitely for now. this is mainly due to my fulltime job taking up most of my time so i'd like to focus on personal art in the little spare time i have. for friends & mutuals, i am willing to take on limited commissions if i have some downtime – just ask ! ▸ do you take requests ? not at the moment, but i may from time to time ask for some. i don’t mind the occasional suggestion though ! ▸ do you do art trades ? mutuals preferred, but dm me ! it will ultimately depend on my current workload ▸ do you mind if i like/reblog a lot of your posts at once ? like / reblog spam to your heart’s content !! it doesn’t bother me at all :)

small update   /   i will have continued low & sporadic activity until june since i just started my final year of undergrad + an internship earlier this month !!  busy busy !!  slowly chipping away at commissions, but i’m also gonna try and find some spare time to do some other art sometime this semester if all goes well !!
