It is with a heavy heart that we inform you all that Cameron Russell's body has been found inside the flower shop earlier this evening, as reported by the owner, Belkis Kaplan, and an employee, Savika Lawan, when they came back to the shop after taking a quick break. The Closed sign had been placed on the door, but it had not been locked, which was how Russell found himself inside, but unlike the previous deaths, a clear murder weapon was found, as it had been left behind at the scene.

Cameron Russell, a cardiothoracic surgeon at our own Griggs General, whose younger sister had been one of the victims during the night of Abrams' and Zhou's engagement party, suffered blunt force trauma to the head after being hit multiple times with a jumbo planter pot, one of many which can be found lying around the flower shop. Forensic investigators confirmed that there were no fingerprints left behind on the pot. Law enforcement describes the kill as rash and angry, and the killer most likely fled the scene quickly afterwards. Officials are treating this as another homicide case, and like all the previous ones, the investigation is still active. If anyone has any information regarding Russell's sudden death or have seen any suspicious activity that can help solve the case, we highly encourage you to let officials know. We've just received word that there are currently two people law enforcement have officially classified as missing. They are Theo Astor, a live-in nanny residing in Stoughton Estates, and Bianca Alvares, a dance instructor residing in Fog Gate. They were both reported as missing by concerned friends, who have been granted anonymity for their safety, just this morning. Due to the recent murders, law enforcement are taking no risks and have issued an immediate town-wide search for both Astor and Alvares.

While this is an urgent matter, the Nightrest P.D. states the importance of not panicking. They are currently missing and presumed still alive. However, please proceed with caution and safety today. The buddy system -- which is to always have someone accompany you if you're going to be out and about in town, especially at night -- is still strongly advised. Good morning, Nightrest residents. This is Catherine Graves, reporting live outside of Sirens, a local stripclub which is currently still closed. Outside of this establishment, a local has found not one, but two bodies. Medical examiners and emergency personnel immediately rushed to the scene upon receiving the alert. Riley Sullivan, who usually goes by the nickname Ruby, a local bassist, was found with multiple stab wounds that have been confirmed to have come from the back, as well as all of her fingers on her left hand cut off. Their primary cause of death is determined to be blood loss and organ failure due to the stabbing.

Another victim, Julia Davis, who usually goes by the nickname Jules, a barista from The Daily Dose, was found with a head injury and a fatal stab wound to the chest, not unlike the injuries inflicted upon a previous victim, Maya Tanaka. Julia Davis' fingers on her right hand were also cut off. We have talked to the roommate of the deceased and according to her statement, upon coming home after her shift at Mama's, found she was home alone, but went to bed, believing her roommate would come home eventually, since they both had shifts in their respective places of employment that ended late into the night. It has been confirmed that Julia, in fact, never did come home that night.

Law enforcement officials are now considering this to be a high-profile case. It seems we are dealing with more than one killer, and it's clear they are very meticulous and their actions are deemed predetermined, which makes them incredibly dangerous individuals. They possess the skill of being able to hide every trace from the scene, since no fingerprint or any form of DNA was found on the bodies of the deceased, nor have local authorities found any location that may have been used for the cutting off of the body parts. The death count is steadily rising, and we strongly encourage everyone to stay indoors as much as possible, especially late at night. If you have to be out, it is encouraged that you make use of the buddy system and not be alone.

This is Catherine Graves, reporting live from Salem Surf, a local shop near Echo Beach that sells various surfing, swimming and kayaking equipment, where our local trash collectors have discovered a body in the garbage bins behind this particular shop during their collection just this morning. Said body is believed to be that of Tucker Rivers, a local thirty-one year old who's well-known for already having multiple previous run-ins with the law.

Medical examiners and emergency personnel rushed to the scene but unlike the past circumstances, we have been informed that no body part is missing from the deceased. Instead, Tucker Rivers was stabbed multiple times in different parts of his body. We have confirmed that the stab wounds that were inflicted reached a total of fifty.

Law enforcement believe that this is the work of more than one killer. It seems to be the only explanation they have for why the previous deaths had body parts cut off, an arm and both hands -- Rhys Miller and Maya Tanaka, respectively -- while the body of Tucker Rivers is relatively intact. This is Catherine Graves, reporting live from the Salem Neck Trail. It is with a heavy heart that we bring to you, residents of Nightrest, word that a body part has been found this morning. The arm has now been confirmed by medical examiners to have belonged to Rhys Miller, a well-known bouncer working at the nightclub, Medusa. It has also been confirmed that with the severity of the cut, the mentioned is most likely to be and is considered to be deceased. Police are currently ruling this case as a homicide.

Authorities are believed to release an official statement later today, but as you can see behind me, the Nightrest police department are hard at work, combing through the entirety of the trail to try and find Rhys Miller, or what's left of him.

Due to the suspension of former Chief of Police, Christopher Buckley, who has been found guilty of evidence tampering, we bring to you our Acting Chief of Police, Oliver Brown.

Details regarding Rhys Miller's death are slowly being released to the public, but no one, not even anyone from the Nightrest Police Department, has any new leads. All information found in this file is now public knowledge.

Catherine Graves reporting live from outside the Royal Cove Yacht Club which hosted the Charity Gala for Mama's just a few hours earlier. Our sources have told us this event claimed the lives of eight people and left two injured.

The victims— Shadae Okoro, Dean Hadwin, Aylin Yilmaz, Selin Temel, Aranya Saeli, Malachi Phillips, Kennedy O'Neill and Peter Buckley— are reported to have died from fatal stab wounds, though details surrounding their deaths still remain unclear. Jieun Park and Kage Himura were injured tonight and both are currently receiving treatment at Griggs General.

I’m Catherine Graves and we're about to check in with Tim McGary, reporting live for Nightrest News outside what remains of Mama's Diner in Fog Gate.

Hi, Catherine. It's the early hours of the morning but our brave firefighters have finally managed to get the three fires under control, after working all night to extinguish them. As you can see behind me, Mama's Diner, a staple to the neighborhood, has been stripped down to it's shell. And, while the majority of staff and patrons were able to make it out of the building early, this reporter is saddened to confirm that one individual was not so lucky. Amoni Brown was identified as the sole casualty, discovered inside the wreckage by local firefighter, Hugo Ruiz. It is believed at this time that Brown, a nurse at Griggs General, had gotten trapped in the bathroom and her cause of death is reported to be asphyxiation from smoke inhalation.

We previously reported that Kane and Maureen Beckford, owners and operators of The Stowaway, were out of town attending a fundraiser for a local politician and while no guests were reported on the books of the local bed and breakfast, the building itself suffered damage, primarily towards the front of the property.

The home in Stoughton Estates has been confirmed to belong to Marissa Harrison, known to most as the owner of Queen's. She, nor anyone else, was not home at the time of the fire but the lead of our local team of firefighters, Nicola Sloane, suffered an injury on site. She is currently receiving treatment at Griggs General. According to a representative from the fire department, this residential home suffered the worst fire damage out of the three reported.

Investigators are looking into these incidents as arson. We have no confirmation however that these fires are related to the recent homicides and attacks. Multiple fires have broken out in Nightrest; one at Mama's Diner, another at the Stowaway, and a house in the Stoughton Estates neighborhood has also been affected. Reports are coming in that the first location to set fire was The Stowaway, however initial details suggest that all three may have began within the same 20 minutes, starting roughly at about 9pm Sunday evening.

The local fire department is hard at work combating the flames and awaits reinforcements from Greater Salem. Nightrest residents are encouraged to stay home at this time until all flames have been extinguished and potentially affected residents accounted for.

Oh, we are getting a call now. This reporter can confirm that The Stowaway was empty this evening. Kane and Maureen Beckford, owners and operators of the bed and breakfast, have confirmed with law enforcement that they were out of town attending a fundraiser for a local politician. Vivian Hayes was found slain this evening outside her place of work. It is believed that the twenty-eight year old suffered multiple stab wounds which ultimately resulted in her death. Police are not answering questions at this time and have taped off the surrounding area. Those with information are urged to contact local law enforcement

While this is a developing story, many are already questioning if this is the work of what many suspect may be a serial killer in Nightrest. The town has been plagued by recent homicides and attacks. Has the killer claimed its first female victim? Locals on sight seem to think so. Rebecca Sholes, a lifetime resident of Nightrest, had this to say: "It's that same psychopath, anyone that thinks differently is delusional and needs to wake up. Small town. Jacob Oh was found unconscious in Fog Gate just an hour ago after sustaining serious injuries due to a car crash. His Mercedes-Benz had travelled down the steep embankment leading into Collins Cove before colliding into nearby trees. According to our sources, Oh, a math teacher at Wardwell Academy, is currently receiving treatment at Griggs General.

What our eyes and ears on the ground are telling us is that law enforcement is treating this as an attempted murder and not as a vehicular accident. The crash site has been taped off and the local sherrif is on site. While we await an official statement from police, sources are saying that a cell phone, believed not to belong to Oh has been retrieved from the vehicle.

Oh was previously seen at Wardwell Academy, where the school acted as a shelter for numerous members of the community during this recent snowstorm. If anyone has any information in relation to Jacob Oh and the accident, please contact local law enforcement.

The body of the second victim found Tuesday night has been identified as Boston resident, Harlow Sotheby. According to local Gregory Lynch, the twenty-eight year old arrived in town on February 14th for a job interview with a Salem based realty company. Sotheby was renting his guest house in Stoughton Estates but had cut her visit short due to the impending snowstorm. He reports last seeing her the morning of the 17th.

The History teacher at Wardwell Academy suffered multiple stab wounds two nights ago, the same night the body of Elijah Hale, our local weatherman, was found. Law enforcement, as well as medical staff at Griggs General, confirm there was no foul play involved. Unfortunately, Ngam succumbed to her grave injuries, despite receiving immediate treatment.

We would like to remind everyone that the three deaths so far are considered homicide cases, and the investigation is still active. Good morning, Nightrest residents. This is Catherine Graves, reporting live in front of Spirits, one of our more upscale local restaurants. It is with a heavy heart that we inform you all that it seems the killings are only continuing with two new victims only four days after the body of Ae-ra Oh was found outside the Oh Estate. The latest victim is none other than our local weatherman, Elijah Hale. This is the second victim residing in Stoughton Estates that has been targeted and killed, and authorities are unsure if that is an ongoing intention or if it's just a coincidence. Paramedics can confirm that Hale suffered multiple violent blows to his head, possibly from a bat or the likes of one, which resulted in a traumatic and fatal brain injury.

Another victim is Anya Ngam, a thirty-year-old History teacher at Wardwell Academy. She was also found suffered multiple stab wounds and medical examiners who rushed to the scene confirmed the points of entry all came from the back. She is currently in Griggs General undergoing treatment. Both of their bodies were found in an alley beside Spirits earlier this morning.

It is confirmed by law enforcement that there were two different weapons used for both the death and the injury, but neither have been found at the scene or surrounding it. Hale's death has been ruled as a homicide at this time, and this will be an active investigation. Good morning, Nightrest residents. This is Catherine Graves, reporting live from Stoughton Estates, across the street from the residence of the prominent, local family, the Ohs. It is with a heavy heart that we inform the public that the body of Ae-ra Oh, mother and wife, has been found deceased this morning outside of her home. This news comes just weeks after the victim's son, Jacob Oh, was arrested for the murder of Maria Adella Hayag, who has been confirmed to be the perpetrator of 19 murders that occurred beginning May of this year. Oh is set to appear in front of a judge within the coming weeks, and intends to plead not guilty by reason of self-defense, according to the family's lawyers. His hearing has now been postponed to late September given the circumstances of today. Authorities received a call early this morning that the body of the deceased had been found, and within a few hours, local Nightrest Police received a package of what we believe to be the heart of the late Oh. The victim suffered approximately 50 stabs to the body, mirroring that of the prior murders within the past few months. Law enforcement is currently investigating if the deceased's murder is the work of a copycat, or if someone who was working with Hayag is still at large.
