Moffitt Cancer Center is and located in Tampa, Florida. It is a non-profit cancer and research center. It was established in 1981 by the Florida Legislature and opened in October 1986, on the university of south Florida campus. This past year in U.S.News and world report it was ranked as the number 8 cancer hospital in the nation. Social media is critical for what Moffitt Cancer Center does because it allows them to post videos about what they do and provide for patients and their families.
Social media also allows them to announce events and dates of said events that they are hosting for either gathering money for research or to create awareness for a specific type of cancer. Moffitt Cancer Center is part of the health care industry. The standards for social media in The health care industry is to share information, compare and improve quality, train medical personnel, love update procedures , and communicate in time of crisis.
Moffitt Cancer Center used three social media platforms. What I have learned from my research is that Moffitt Cancer used uses social media to announce events that they are hosting. They use it to allow users to send donations for their research. They also use it to post videos of the things that they are accomplishing in their industry.
Moffit Cancer Center used Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube. They use Facebook and Twitter the most. Moffitt Cancer Center 's social media objective is to let people know the progress that they are making in the healthcare industry and events that they are hosting to get donations for their research.
Moffitt Cancer Center encourages patients who find out they have cancer that cancer is not the end of their life. They facilitate and influence thru the videos that they post on YouTube. They leave lasting impressions in the hearts and minds of the patients and their families that watch the videos.
Moffitt Cancer Center's critical relationships are with the Florida Legislature and the university of south Florida. These relationships are critical because the Florida Legislature gave Moffitt it's start. The university of south Florida's relationship is critical because that is where Moffitt first opened its doors.
Moffitt Cancer Vs ratings and reviews on Facebook there was maybe two or three not recommended and the rest were recommendations. Moffitt has 4,051 likes on Twitter. On YouTube Moffitt has 4,724 subscribers.
On YouTube Moffitt provides information for patients such as this video https://youtu.be/A0j2zj2ZjOw via @YouTube. On Facebook they post about how patients don't let their cancer affect their life. On Twitter they post pictures of the past and the present.
Overall Moffitt Cancer Center has an amazing social media strategy. I think that it would be beneficial if Moffitt would post more of it's history on Facebook. With all of the videos on YouTube to let patients and their families what happens, how, and why not much that I can offer for improvement.
as for The Twitter account it were To stay up to date.I don't have any recommendations for it.If they would post videos on YouTube of people having fun at some of the events they host they could get more young people involved.

#22PushupChallenge
I am sure you all are wandering what the #22PushupChallenge is. The 22PushupChallenge, at times called the 22KillPushupChallenge, is an activity involving pressing out twenty-two push ups to promote awareness for veteran suicide prevention along with honoring military service members and veterans. In order to do the challenge a person would have to do 22 push ups a day for 22 straight days. The #22pushupchallenge was a viral echo of the 2014 ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, which had everyone from veterans to celebrities to regular folks hitting the deck, and challenging their friends to do the same on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. This challenge was inspires by a real dire concern.                   It was estimated that 22 U.S. veterans commit suicide everyday. To do the challenge you would have to post a video on social media of yourself doing 22 push ups, include the hashtag #22pushupchallenge, and tag a few friends to challenge them to join you. Former Men’s Fitness cover guy Chris Pratt posted a clip of himself and his wife, Anna Ferris, taking the challenge. Other celebrities joined in, such as, Chris Evens, John Krasinski, and fellow former Men’s Fitness guy Scott Eastwood. Many other celebrities joined in. They were Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Central Intelligence co-star Kevin Hart, Olympic gold medalist Simone Mauel, and Houston Texans superstar J.J Watt, gold medalist Simones Bites, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Justin Timberlake, just to name a few.                     The #22pushupchallenge was inspired by a veteran-created nonprofit called #22Kill. The challenge set out in 2013 to help raise awareness of suicide and mental health issues among veterans. #22Kill name derived from Marine slang. It was started by Honor Courage, Inc. One of #22Kill’s goals were to inspire people to do 22 million push ups as part of the broader awareness effort. Veteran suicides could be higher. The first reported cited statistic was in 2012. VA researches estimated veteran suicides by comparing the percentage of reported veteran deaths by suicide in 21 states from 1999 to 2011 with the number of suicides in America. Although the challenge was for veteran suicide awareness, its a great way to keep health. Doing 22 push ups everyday for 22 days is a great start to improve your overall chest, triceps, and core strength.
Operations Iraqi Freedom (OIF) and Enduring Freedom (OEF): About 11-20 out of every 100 veterans (or between 11-20%) would serve in OIF or OEF have PTSD in a given year. Gulf War Veterans (or 12%) have PTSD in a given year. Although the challenge was for a good cause, some people don’t think it helped much. Awareness doesn’t do much. You can know a problem exists. That doesn’t mean you are any closer to the problem.
Veterans dying by suicide has been all over the news since the Department of Veterans Affairs scandal broke out in April 2014. A lot of people might say that awareness of veteran suicide might help to prevent more suicides, but how? How many hash tags and social media posts identify warning signs to look for in friends and co-workers? How many explain that the latest report found of the 20 veterans a day who died by suicide in 2014, 65% of them were 50 years of age or older. Some people even feel that the challenge may have actually hindered solving the problem of veteran suicide.
If people think they’ve done their part to help by just posting to social media and don’t follow up with actually doing something to help veterans, than an opportunity to achieve real change has been squandered.Awareness is nice, but action is essential. A lot of veterans die by suicide for a lot of different reasons. It could be from the lack of counseling, or the lack of veterans services, and the lack of money is what is killing these veterans. Not having the right people to turn to when you feel you are in trouble is one big reason.
Spreading the word that veteran suicide is not the answer is what veteran empowerment group, Honor Courage Commitment, Inc. wants people to understand. They started the 22Kill project in 2013 after learning of the shocking statistics of veteran suicide that plague this country. With the combined efforts of the organization and participants they hope that “bridging the gap between veterans and civilians “will” build a community of support “for those living with these mental health challenges. We need more concern for our veterans who become of risk for brain disorders because of the extreme stress they undergo day in and day out. 22Kill is spreading awareness and educating the public on the core cause of these challenges that arise after these heroes return home. Creating a smoother transition in and out of services is essential for veterans having difficulty finding their way after the military.
The challenge begin in 2014 when a representative from the Harsh  Foundation, a private family foundation based in Irving, offered $10,000 if the nonprofit could encourage 100 people to post push-up videos to social media within a week. “Within a few hours, we have 300 videos, “Nguyen said with a smile. In response, the Harsh Foundation upped the anti. It offered $100,000 for 1,000 push-up videos in a week. Again, the results blew away expectations, with more than 3,000 push-up videos uploaded to social media within a matter of days.
A search of #22KillChallenge returns a seemingly unending supply of videos, some featuring familiar faces. In January, the Fort Worth Police Department posted a video showing dozens of officers doing push ups in a parking lot. Nguyen said, I quote, “I tell people, I’m not challenging you. I’m not trying to see how many push ups you can do. I’m not trying to see how strong you are, “he emphasized. “All it’s about is taking those few moments out of the day, humbling yourself down no matter who you are. It’s about humbling yourself down and saying ‘Think you to our veterans that served”. Unquote.
Many baseball players took part in the challenge because of what it was all about. Detroit Pistons center Andre Drummond sent out a challenge to his fans. He said that if they took part in the #22pushup challenge to honor military veterans, he would retweet their video. Drummond, several teammates, and even Pistons owner, Tom Gores, got into the act.

Bombas Socks
youtube
In 2013, entrepreneurs Randy Goldberg and David Heath stumbled across a Facebook post that mentioned a serious need for socks at homeless shelters around the country. Sock are the #1 requested clothing item at homeless shelters. They decided to launch a sock company called Bombas. Bombas promoted for every pair of socks sold they would donate a pair to the homeless. Bombas has worked hard to develop a line of premium, high-tech, fashionable socks, between $12 and $18, that customers would want to buy.To date, more than ten million pairs have been donated. (Bombas About Us, n.d.)
Bombas is primarily involved in the clothing industry. Goldberg and Heath were made aware of the need for socks through a Facebook posting and continue to reach out via digital social media as well as radio and TV commercials. (Elizabeth Segran, 2017)
Randy Goldberg and David Heath used a mission-based model to stand out., pitched their one-for-one charitable business model on Shark Tank in 2014. (CNBC Make It, 2017) They went into the Tank seeking $200,000 in exchange for 5 percent equity. They ultimately accepted a $200k investment from FUBU founder Daymond John for 17.5 percent. Sales from the beginning were primarily online sales, Google, Amazon Prime, eBay, Bing (Bombas Socks, n.d.). The mission-based marketing is dependent on a cause that helps customers feel like they’re making a real impact. The mission based strategy was for every pair of socks sold, one pair will be donated to a person in need, and to bring awareness to homeless crisis that effects every community especially lager cities. /BOM-BAS/ derived from the Latin word for bumblebee. Bees live in a hive and work together to make their world a better place. They're small, but their combined actions have a big impact on the world.  That's why their mantra is bee better, and slogan “ Better socks, Better world, Bee better, hence the Bee symbol on all their socks.
youtube
Employees from the Bombas headquarters in New York had come to donate socks. While the brand sends thousands of socks to 750 organizations around the country, they occasionally drop them off in person. It’s a great way to bond as a team, Bombas also believes it’s really important to connect with the people we are serving as a company, because it reminds us about our mission. These interactions have helped Bombas better serve the homeless. It was through the feedback they received from the community that they decided to reengineer the socks they would donate to the homeless. While regular Bombas socks have a special seam that eliminates the bump at the toe, for added comfort, the donation socks have a reinforced seam to make them more durable. The socks are treated with anti-microbial technology, so they don’t need to be washed as frequently and deter fungus. Also, these donation socks only come in black, which is more stain resistant. (Elizabeth Segran, 2017)
youtube
Bombas is trying to pave the way for other companies to have in-person giving experiences. Bombas is uniquely equipped to do this, since it has built relationships with homeless shelters and the nonprofit sector. Many companies have time and funds set aside for employees to contribute to charitable causes. Bombas has been creating ways for other brands to dip their toe into the world of social good. Bombas created an event called “60K day,” which was based on the concept than on any given night, 60,000 people in New York end up at a homeless shelter. The plan was to bring individuals from 60 of New York’s hottest companies to visit a shelter and hand out 60,000 socks. The companies included were, Birchbox, Thinx, Kind, Casper, Classpass, Harry’s, Maple, and Spring, among more established brands like Gap, LinkedIn, Shake Shack, and Kenneth Cole.
Bombas launched another program called “Skip Day,” where it invites New York-based companies to take advantage of Summer Fridays and flexible summer hours to volunteer to serve the homeless community. Bombas makes it easy for individuals at companies to jump right into the work. Employees from different companies can gather and assemble bags of products that the homeless need to get through the hot summer months, such as cold bottles of water, ice pops, and wipes. They then go out into the streets to hand these out. These visits are also reinvigorating to employees, since it puts a face to the people they are trying to help with their business. It also gives meaning to their everyday tasks–like making spreadsheets and calling suppliers–when they return to the office.
Online ratings and reviews are as follows, Bombas Socks   with a 4.8 star rating. Google Express - Need Shoe Accessories. eBay (Bombas Socks, n.d.). Amazon Prime with an average star rating of 4.8, (Amazon Prime, n.d.).  Clothing at JCPenney , 4.6-star rating. (JC Penny, n.d.). rockemsocks.com, Shark Week Socks - Rock 'Em Socks (Sharks, n.d.). lululemon.com, lululemon Official Site . (Women's Socks, n.d.) hollisterco.com
Hollister Co.  (Shoes & Accessories, n.d.). findsimilar.com The Sock Accessories Outlet  (sock accessories, n.d.)
Facebook 317 K followers, reviews are 5 star ratings on glassdoor (Glassdoor, 1028) Twitter has 12.9 K followers, joined 2011, (Bombas Socks, n.d.), Instagram shows 64.9 K (Bombas Socks, n.d.), Pinterest has only 3,092.
I believe the overall social media marketing strategy of Bombas, a buy-one, give-one brand is brilliant. Offering a high quality product with a 100 percent guarantee, and knowing your expense contributed to a worthy cause, but it was also about starting a broader involvement about homelessness, and providing a model for other companies to replicate about how to get involved with their communities. Other companies can use their own particular areas of strength to contribute in their own unique ways. Birchbox, for instance, has been donating boxes of beauty products–from shampoo to nail polish–to homeless women. Harry’s has been donating razors to people in need and funding charities that serve veterans. Shake Shack has been enlisting its staff to donate food to the hungry after work. These social media posts and activities spurred other less socially involved brands to consider how they can help.
Randy Goldberg and David Heath stumbling across a Facebook posting, passionate about working towards a great cause providing a top of the line quality product, and using one-for-one model pioneered by the shoe brand Toms, and using the power and full resources of social media. At this time, the only recommendation that I would recommend for more recognition towards their cause would be to advertise more on TV. But this type of advertising is a lot costlier than the power of the internet.

Most of my social media that ties me into a demographic is with Fandoms. I personally have two that I love dearly, for different reasons. The artwork I chose to represent the two might be able to show that. Harry Potter was my childhood. The books were my first friends, and a lot of dark memories are tied in with the bittersweet relationship I have with them. I honestly was never a big TV watcher, and I had doubted I’d ever find a show like Supernatural. It has become an almost cult obsession, much like Harry Potter is for many. A lot of my social media advertises to both of these two, my friends tag me in nerdy art and funny cartoons, and my personal Tumblr feed is secretly just Misha being adorable and waaaay too much fanfiction. Through Tumblr specifically, it is very easy to meet others with similar interests, share the same cooky ships, and delve into collaborations with other writers to have an idea come to life to endure a waiting period between seasons, or to write an idea how you thought it should have played out. Social media and fans of all kinds truly were made for each other.
Deviant Art accounts for both pieces:

One of my favorite things...hiking the island of Oahu! When I first moved to island I knew there was a ton of outdoor activities, one being the hikes, and I was immediately looking for what hikes I could do as soon as possible. I looked to social media to help me find the popular hikes, the ones with the best views, the most scenic hikes, and the closest ones to the water. Social media helped tremendously, it was so easy to find people posting about the hikes they had done and the pictures that had from it. This was one of my favorite hikes, it’s called the pink pillbox hike. There are these war bunkers all over the island and there are always hikes up to them. It was on the west side of the island and right by the water. My friends on the island would always make it a point to hike once a week and so we all hiked up this mountain with our kids. 3 moms and 6 kids and we made up to this beautiful view. I give all the thanks of finding this view to people posting on social media or else I never would have found it.

The Legend of Zelda is a video game developed by nintendo in 1986. I dont remember when I started to like this game, only that my mom played it a lot.
Link, (the main character, Zelda is the princess he resues) is the link between wisdom and power representing strength. The triforce is the symbol/object that holds this power.
Silent and focused Link battles dark forces and evil foes, in several different lands to save Hyrule from Ganandorf. An evil wizard that steals Princess Zelda and tries to use the power of the triforce for destruction.
I believe I personally identify with this character and his mission.
In Greek, my name Alexsis Jennings means “Defender Little John”. Ironically my father's name is John, and I've made it my life pursuit to defend people and their right for freedom in life and self-expression.

This book represents life and power and can be used to guide a person through the world. It makes a statement to be truthful and stand true to your beliefs of right and wrong. Social media groups similar consumer together by knowing and supporting everyone’s belief and knowing right from wrong and doing the right thing. Connecting with others can bring about change when just one person starts doing. Having morals and standards can take you a long way and having a little hope and faith can keep you grounded. This book is created for all and it does not discriminate against any person, age group, race, ethnicity, gender, background, and most importantly religion. You can be who you are and come as you are to understand how to overcome barriers and gain knowledge of having peace and joy in your life. This is a piece of history that create change in the present looking forward to the future and not turning back to the past. Everyday you have a chance to redeem yourself and become a better you. Your perspective is not another person perception. I was drawn to the Bible because it has been a guide to understanding what is happening in the world around us and what is to come. It tells about the wars and rumors of wars of the world. The Bible teaches how to be brave and how to watch out for people who do and do not mean well to you. Knowing how to fight off words that come into your thought and being able to walk in the right path say a lot about who you are and how far you go. Having a conscious and treating people like you would like to be treated remind everyone to be and do the right thing.

 BURGER KING OK Google AD
This Burger King ad was designed to purposely activate Google home devices with “what is a Whopper burger”. What was originally thought to be a genius PR stunt turned into a major coup. Once people realized that Google was reading off Burger King’s Wikipedia page the public started editing with derogatory statements about what the Burger Whopper was made of. So now when people Googled “what is a Whopper burger” they would hear the edited statements on the Burger King Wikipedia page, such as  declaring cyanide and a “medium-sized child” to be ingredients; calling the sandwich “100 percent rat and toenail clippings” and “cancer-causing”; and labeling it “the worst hamburger product sold by the international fast-food restaurant chain Burger King.” People were not thrilled with this hack and within a matter of hours, Google shut the ad down. The trick had backfired and Burger King lost money for air time paid upfront to cable networks. Burger King has since reverted their Wikipedia page to its previous state and has locked the page from further editing.

Them Lips, Tho...
There's people lying on the floor in the grocery store and their friends are hashtagging planking. There's people Tebowing  in front of Stonehenge or the Grand Canyon. There's fourteen drunken frat boys downing spoons of cinnamon on camera and coughing out reddish-brown clouds of "why the hell did I do this?!" We've got cops, doctors and teachers alike filling up our news feeds while they do the Harlem Shake and then cool off by getting drenched with  buckets of ice water. Social media challenges have taken the world by storm over the past decade. Some are for charity, some are to raise awareness, some are downright funny and others are just plain dumb.
Tumblr media
As far as plain dumb is concerned, allow me to either remind you of or introduce you to the Kylie Jenner Lip Challenge also identified as #KylieJennerChallenge. So, seriously... in a world where everyone (except me, maybe) is Keeping Up With the Kardashians, what woman doesn't want those full, perfect, kiss-worthy, Jenner lips? I know I do. Unfortunately not all of us have loads of cash for Botox and some of us use lip liner as well as Bozo the Clown at the age of five in the midst of an epileptic seizure, so... If someone's throwing out low-cost suggestions -- throw, baby, throw!
Tumblr media
Someone threw alright... In 2015, YouTuber Jenna Marbles created a video parody which was titled "Kylie Jenner Lip Tutorial' in which she jokingly told people that they could get those Kylie lips by placing a shot glass over their lips and sucking and that the suction would, in turn, create those coveted, big, pouty lips. Within months, the video had millions of views.
youtube
Vine star and teenage heart throb, Alex Ramos, is credited with the challenge's claim to viral fame after two Twitter posts:
IM GONNA DO THE #kyliejennerchallenge how long do I have to put my lips in the bottle
https://twitter.com/sorryimalex/status/589274862427975680
and
okay let me rephrase that, do the #kyliejennerchallenge and then show me your #kyliejennerlips
https://twitter.com/sorryimalex/status/589284363524771840
Within two days, Alex's post had been replied to hundreds of times and the hashtag went from about 2,000 mentions to 164,000 on Twitter. The hashtag had also been used more than 42,00 times on Instagram and 500 times on Vine.
Tumblr media
Well, hell... That seems easy enough, right? Jam your lips into a device made for drinking whiskey, such until you pass out and VIOLA! you've got yourself some killer lips and are putting plastic surgeons out of business. Oh, wait, you're not?! Who would have guessed that such a backyard, hillbilly method would have negative side effects?! Well, let's see.... science says that glass does not bend and under pressure, glass can break. Lips versus broken glass -- who do you think is going to win that fight? Here, allow me to drive you to the emergency room to have your lips stitched back onto your face. You wanted bigger lips and now you have no lips. Good going, genius.
Tumblr media
Doctor Dendy Englemen, a dermatological surgeon, in an interview with the Washington Post stated that aside from the potential risk of broken glass, this method of "plumping" could also cause pain, swelling, blistering, broken blood vessels and bruising as well as increase potential for scarring and permanent disfigurement.
youtube
So, how does this actually work, you ask? When you begin to suck air into the glass to create a vacuum, your blood vessels fill with blood in a process known as vessel engorgement. Maybe it's just me but that term alone kind of turns me off. Anyhow, during this engorgement process, the soft tissue of your lips is flooded with chemicals and there those chemicals temporarily remain, giving that puffy appearance.
Tumblr media
Even after thousands upon thousands of photos and videos had surfaced on social media of lip challenge fails, people still continued to take the risk. This just goes to show how powerful pop culture combined with social media can be. One beautiful woman from one popular television show that was promoted through social media platforms was enough to convince millions of young ladies that the lips they were born with weren't good enough and that they should resort to sucking on dishes. Sucking. On. Dishes. Say that out loud and tell me how smart that sounds, eh?
Tumblr media
Kylie Jenner denied having any part in this lip challenge and claimed that her lips were completely natural and her look was achieved by “over-lining her lips.” A Tweet sent out by Kylie encouraged  young women like her to "be themselves but not be afraid to experiment with their look."
Tumblr media
"Yeah, OK, Kylie. Why don't you just take all your money and your perfect lips. And face. And hair. And everything. And just... go sit over there somewhere where I don't have to look at you. Great, thanks."
Tumblr media
Eventually she decided to tell us the truth about the fillers but, uh, we already knew that... Duh. Before? After? We were supposed to believe that hype?Oh, puh-leeeeaaaaseeee.
Now if you're wondering, "Kelli, did you ever participate in the #KylieJennerChallenge?" the answer is a very firm "no." I'm all about some Hollywood lips when I go out but that's why I have invested in Revlon. I like my lips attached to my face and I prefer not to look like I have a cherry Kool-Aid mustache -- even though sometimes that happens anyway because no one has ever really taught me how to use that Revlon. Meh, tuh-may-toe, tuh-mah-toe.
Tumblr media
Unsurprisingly, this trend was mostly only popular among teenage girls. Oh, what I would have given to be a high school teacher during this viral trend. I probably would have spent most of my days in the bathroom trying not to pee my pants from laughing so hard. My word to the wise is not to take body modification advice from a teenage boy on Twitter. Or a Jenner. Don't believe every ridiculous thing you see online. Don't jam your body parts into anything that goes in a dishwasher. Be happy with who you are and for the love of everything holy, stop trying to keep up with those Kardashians.

Breaking The Bad
Pepsi is a billion dollar corporation offering more than 22 different brands of soda. They had Kendall doing an advertising campaign for a Pepsi ad to help promote their product and to support their brand, and that’s when things took a turn for the worst.
Tumblr media
They were trying to create a commercial that would promote peace and understanding while featuring Kendall Jenner. They decided to use a protest against police brutality as the background of the ad. As soon as the add dropped on YouTube and started circulating Social Media people began to want to boycott Pepsi. Everyone was outraged and mad and felt as though Pepsi was trying to undermine and exploit the Black Lives Matter movement to sell more of their products.

After a day of harsh criticism from angry citizens, Pepsi was finally ready to respond and take accountability for their mistake: “Pepsi has apologized for a controversial advertisement that borrowed imagery from the Black Lives Matter movement, after a day of intense criticism from people who said it trivialized the widespread protests against the killings of black people by the police. Pepsi was trying to project a global message of unity, peace, and understanding. Clearly, we missed the mark and apologize,” the company said in a statement on Wednesday. “We did not intend to make light of any serious issue. We are pulling the content and halting any further rollout” (Victor, 2018, p. 1). In the end, it ended up being horrible publicity but with them responding so quickly and removing the ad helped in their favor so they weren't continuing to taint their brand.

I love pitch black mountain dew. What caused me to like this soda is it's my favorite color purple. Social media groups similar consumers together by age, sex, race ,and religious preference.

I was drawn to my favorite item, shown above, because I have always loved art as well as flowers. I have always had a strong attraction so abstract mirrored art such as the mandala above. I have always always loved the simple beauty that flowers provide. So whenever i start to draw and I always immediate start to draw detailed abstract photos or flowers. And this picture brought those two things together. I think that social media groups different people together due to their similarities simply because it is easier for them to market to a smaller more direct group where they know what the consumer is looking for rather than to market to a whole group of consumers with scattered wants and needs.

Top Ten Motorcycle rides in North America
http://www.discovery.com/tv-shows/north-america/top-10/top-10-motorcycle-rides-in-north-america-cherohala-skyway/
Incredible views, This picture is in the State of Tennessee, I'm drawn to this site often to plan for my next trip for the best places to ride a motorcycle. My therapy is riding with a group of close friends and couples on long scenic rides with minimal traffic. Or just by myself.  On a motorcycle, you can see, hear, smell and experience more of the beautiful views. Although riding isn't for everyone, to me and my friends it is a feeling of freedom flowing with the curves of the roads and wind in your face. Viewing these sites allows me to have a great visual when preparing trips. Most of the time I will trailer the bike to the destination, then take my time to see all the scenic views have to offer. Most of the time I like to ride along the north east coast line from Salem Massachusetts, to southern Maine locations. The sound of the ocean, and the smell of the salty air, along with the coastal flowers, are always such a psychological peaceful place to go. This post also promotes various activities in the mentioned locations. Everyone I know appears to ride some sort of  a Harley Davidson motorcycle. I get paid to ride a Harley for work, but my personal preference is the Cadillac of all motorcycles, the Honda Goldwing. Built for comfort and durability with nearly every option a vehicle has, even reverse, my partner loves the large rear recliner style seat.

I chose DeviantArt for my website of choice. I chose this one because it seems so ingrained into Google and most image searches cone up with a number of Deviant pieces. With endless artists, the more popular a piece is on the sight, the more relevant it is in Google searches. I can google almost anything and in the first ten images is a photo or piece of work from an artist on this site.
This page has been around for years, I used to upload my aspiring artist pieces when I was in middle school, and even then they were well established. I think that there are just some pages that are shared so much that they permanently stay on the top list on searches.

I have always enjoyed just going outside and going on road runs.  Just being outside and letting my mind wander and be free is very relaxing to me.  While in Missouri I needed to find something to do during the cold winter months.  I walked into a spin class one day and fell in love.  Don’t get me wrong, the first couple times were not fun, as getting use to the seat and the different movements took some time to get adjusted to.
It was not long before I became a regular all year round.  The instructor held three classes a week after and all three of them were great.  Little did I know spinning actually improves with your running endurance and pace.
The best of all surprises were the friendships formed in class.  There was a group of five us who became regulars and formed a friendship with the instructor as well.  I even was able to gain a running partner out of class as well.  In the military forming friendships can be very beneficial as to the constant moving military members do during their career.  They are able to share with you their experiences and you can gain valuable insight.
I have been gone from Whiteman Spin class for about 7 months, but still remain in contact with them trough social media.  Through one of them I now have a contact for when I move to Japan.  Spin might not be for everyone but I am so glad I found it and can not wait to get back on the saddle after baby girl is born.  Ride on!!
