Nautical-themed summer outfit, pairing matching sailing ships kimono and obi.

OP simply called them hansen (= sailing ship), but I have most often seen them called nanbansen (ancient foreign trading ships, especially Portuguese or Dutch) as it by extension designates any Western-style old ship in traditional pattern.

(I really like the paint work on the raging waves)
