I stand by roy and jamie being the most interesting relationship in Ted lasso. from the first scene they have with each other it’s clear they don’t get along but then the more you learn about them the more you see how alike they are and how that’s why they don’t like each other. when Roy looks at Jamie he sees everything he were and everything he hated to be and when Jamie looks at Roy he sees everything he could be and it’s so tragic to see these two who are so alike despise each other which makes the transition from being ‘enemies’ to friends much more interesting. like when Roy finally sees Jamie as how Jamie looks at Roy and verse versa it’s just. and then they click so good and they know each other better than anyone because they’re a mirror of each other and they used that to rile each other up. no matter if you read their realationship as platnic or not u have to admit that its one if not the best in television
