After a falling out with his previous backers, Bro is quickly running out of money for his various schemes and projects. While looking for new sponsors he manages to catch the eye of Mr. Harley, a strange older man of mysterious wealth, and is given the funds he needs to continue his work. However, it seems Mr. Harley is more interested in the inventor than the inventions...
