I’m kind of disappointed this wasn’t included in the new episode.. I wonder why?

Maybe it’ll be included later? I thought it was kind of an important line that gets anime watchers wondering what the hell’s going on— I was looking forward to that reaction. Oh well. Anime only watchers won’t know that this dialogue is missing so

Honestly tho I see some ppl say it was to build tension, but I think if included there would’ve been the tension of thinking: if that’s not mob, then who is talking? And then they’d have to wait to find out more. I wish they established from the start that ???% is a separate entity. This way, it wouldn’t seem like mob is just unconscious and exploding again. This is something completely different, and it deserves to be announced with the appropriate dialogue.

The first episode was so good! I love how Reigen doesn't pressure Mob into working for him in the future. Old Reigen would have definitely dismissed Mob's worries and manipulated him in a very unhealthy way just to keep him in the agency forever, but New Reigen repsects Mob's decision. He finally sees Mob as a person with his own goals and wishes.

Of Colours, Brothers and Sunday Dinners

The clunky old flip phone had barely rung twice before it was snapped up by sure fingers and answered. “Mob,” said Arataka Reigen in surprise.

“Well, it’s good to hear from you,” he continued after a momentary silence that had not been broken by Mob, “how are you doing? Is everything alright at school? With that sports club? And with Ritsu and your parents?” He was gesturing wildly as he spoke and Mob knew it, although he couldn’t see it.

“Everything’s alright, Master Reigen,” said Mob in a quiet but content tone.

Arataka gulped. Right. He would have to pull this out of him then (like pulling teeth).

“That’s good to hear. Yes, good, good!” he stalled. He glanced over at Serizawa, who was idly doing his own homework for his return to middle school. An orange and pale blue light shone about him and he smelt distinctly of ripe peaches and sea salt, which made it clear to Arataka that he was concentrating (orange and ripe peaches) but calm (pale blue and sea salt). “Although, I am interested as to why you called? Not that it’s any trouble at all! It’s just… unusual.”

Tome clicked a pen and scribbled something onto the consultation timetable. Orange and peaches hung around her too but they were belied by a playful pink light with a strawberry scent - mischief was afoot (as always). Purple touched them every now and then, not staying long enough for a lavender scent to join party, showcasing how deep in thought she was.

“Ah,” said Mob as if Arataka’s question was unexpected somehow, “Mum and dad were wondering if you would like to join us for Sunday dinner? They say it’s been awhile and would like to catch up.”

It was quiet and then Arataka sighed. “Honestly, Mob, I would love to join your family for Sunday dinner –” he couldn’t help but blush at the thought, a family dinner! “- but my mum is coming to visit this weekend. And, well,” he laughed anxiously, rising so high in pitch that a bird outside started twittering, “you know how mums are.”

Mob paused as though Arataka had said something noteworthy. He felt a strange sort of tension strain between them. Arataka thought over what he had said again and again but couldn't see anything worth thinking over. Then Mob relayed this to his mum and got back to Arataka with, “Mum says your mum is welcome to join us.”

“I- well- I-” His gut instinct was that it would be bad for the Kageyamas to meet his mum but he couldn’t think of a good enough excuse, not for the Kageyamas since he knew how persistent they were. “I suppose, if my mum is alright with it, then… Yeah, sure, Mob.” He couldn't help sounding hesitant.

Arataka had the peculiar feeling that Mob was frowning down the phone at him.

“See you on Sunday, Master Reigen,” said Mob, ending the conversation.

“Yes, of course, see you then, probably.”

MP100 SPOILERS

I just watched the final ep of mp100 and I couldn’t even expect such a perfect adaptation of the ending, the animation 10/10, music choice 10/10, voice acting 10/10, pacing 10/10, execution 10/10, everything FUCKING 10/10– the entirety of s3 was a masterpiece

I’ve been watching this show since seventh grade and I’ve grown up with mob, I was the same age he was when I started the show— and while I’m 19 now and he’s still 15-16 (I can’t quite remember) Mob Psycho has carried me through some really low points and has always been something to look forward to

As an Autistic person, I didn’t know many people that I could relate to in life, but Mob, though fictional, was the person that I could learn from, through his experiences in the show, and the experiences of the people around him. Similar to Mob with his powers, instead of masking all the time, I’ve learned to accept my Autism and be myself

So thank you Mob and Reigen, thank you Bones, thank you One, and Rip Wob Wednesdays 😭

I’m gonna miss this show for sure (look at him 😭 he can finally laugh 🥺)

LIGHTLY HUMOROUS!?

Yeah, it started innocent, but then Inukawa was abducted. He ate something that made him do a mad naked dance on a scene like some sort of exotic animal, then he woke up naked, covered in kisses, which kind of implies he had sex with aliens while intoxicated (that counts as rape y’know), and apparently the Queen of the Aliens was sleeping with him in the same bed too. He was lonely with no hope to come back. He became a hero to the aliens by defeating the enemy they couldn’t deal with and only after his thoughts in desperation managed to connect with the aliens, he was finally sent home, with his memories all fuzzy of what happened there. THIS IS DARK, OI!

I kid you not. It was portrayed darkly af. It was jarring after that cute school club atmosphere, we had a few minutes earlier. I got chills.
